Great work. Needed to inquire about changed service times and work proposal.

Very professional and I was treated with deep respect by both the owner and the tech that did the work.

Hired to work on cleaning up our beds in the back. First, I had to call to find out what the quote was they were giving after 4 or 5 days and not hearing from them. It turns out that they had sent the quote to the wrong email address within 2 days. I was able to call on a Sunday and actually talked with the owner, Joe, who was able to send the quotes back out that same day to the correct email address. The project involved cleaning up a bed in the back of the house and putting mulch in the bed. We had mentioned numerous times that we had purchased red mulch, and wanted the bed done in red mulch, he delivered the pine bark mulch which when I got the quote, I had asked verbally if the mulch was red (not knowing if pine bark mulch comes in red). I did not really hear an answer and just assumed it was red. When Robert arrived he saw the red mulch we had on the back porch (which was there when he took the information for the initial estimate). Having arrived to do the job, Robert then asked if we wanted him to change to the red mulch. He let us know that If we wanted the red mulch though, he would have to come back to do it at a later time.. We declined the red mulch and just had him install the pine bark mulch he had. They did a good job installing that mulch. It is the attention to detail of the little things like the type of mulch, my email address, a lack of follow up after the estimate was given to make sure I received it that gives them such a poor mark in customer service. Speaking of attention to detail, he did over estimate the amount of mulch he would need to do the job, and instead of giving us an option for a discount for having too much mulch, he left the extra bags with us. He did a good job putting the mulch in and cleaning the beds, but I doubt I would use them again due mostly to the lack of attention to detail. I think the company would benefit if Robert got some additional training on how to estimate a job and the materials needed.. This one job he over estimated the amount of mulch we would need. We did not go with them for another job involving sod, because the estimates we received from two other companies was for half the amount of sod (1 pallet vs 2 pallets) that he estimated it would be on this job which resulted in their jobs being a lot less cost and a much lower estimate. It turns out that 1 pallet gave a good end result.

Joe was very helpful and pleasant. He kept me informed as to when I could expect Alfonzo. Alfonzo took his time and explained everything. It was a pleasure to work with this team. I was very pleased with this service.

Showed up on time and started work right away. Pleased with the price that I was quoted by Joe. Joe was very polite on the phone and a great gentleman. Alberto was the personal doing the work around the house and respected our property. He dug the trench around the house to lay the pipes. Put the grass back in place And it was such a professional job. I would recommend this company.

The customer response is good as I was able to contact them and communicate. For simple work they do a good job, where I had a problem is that I indicated that my main concern was on a leak on the sprinkler system, and the issue was unresolved and I still had to pay 600 plus dollars and the contractor did not fix the problem. The work was broken down on the invoice but the hourly base was not stated, ending with additional charges.

Repair was fast and easy. Ypu coupd not even tell I had work done. Repair man was prompt, professional and fast. Would use again. Highly recommend
