US Paver Company

STAY AWAY FROM US PAVER CO!!! They will not return your calls & they will not keep their promises. We contracted US Paver 2 years ago to install a pool patio. The job went OK, and looks OK, however: 1) They DAMAGED pool tile, and in spite of continued promises have still not repaired (after 2 years). 2) They did not complete the patio beneath the screen doors (as had been agreed) and reluctantly visited recently (19 months late) to do this. This was not done to our satisfaction. 3) The tile was installed too high next to a door and has been scraped and stained by the metal door. I ended up having to reinstall a new door and new hinges.

The 'ole saying "it's not how you start but finish" is the true measure of performance...well Morris got off to a good start, it took a month to installed a 45' x 20' patio around a pool and a straight forward circular driveway, failed inspections, did not resolve issue himself, my landscaper fix grade/swell issue, called for inspection, passed, several quality issues with tiles-unresolved, and now 6 months later I'm trying to get him to finish work paid for, lots of excuses, text messages, no follow through on correcting work, cleaning and sealing. Unkept promises. Advice: Check "current" references, visit jobs, don't pay till satisfied.

Professional company. From start to finish the experience of a patio travertine install was tops with this company! The people are helpful, informative, 100% customer service, etc. The complete install took only 2 days.....the guys have an unbelievable work ethic, clean, neat, focussed, low keyed, etc. The finished product just beautiful. They came through with all of their promises. So refreshing to find a company which delivers all promised. Such nice people. Everyone loves my glistening travertine patio. These guys mean business....work with no fuss......very high standards...wonderful work ethic. I thanked them a thousand times!

Rarely do you find a company like U.S. Pavers! I wanted to update my small backyard along with the front walk. I needed something fantastic--there was no room for error! I interviewed 5 companies obtained from magazine ads and home delivered flyers. Everyone gave me their suggestions and advice, but I was more confused than ever. I received a call from Morris of U.S. Pavers. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the only one who was more concerned with �what would please me.� Three of the hardest working affable men completed the work in 2 days completely around my schedule. This is the first review I ever felt like writing!

All 5 stars because they were great. made an appointment, came out and measured, gave a price quote within a day or 2. Was able to work with us on our budget. When we get ready to do the drive way we won't be calling anyone else. Good quality work for the money.
