U.S. Pest Protection

Updated review 9/1/26, I did a verbal agreement with Hesther to settle 1300.00 for the encapsulation installed on 1/22 by US PEST/ US CRAWLSPACE after leaks fixed, dehumidifier moved and hung, sump pump moved, insulation flipped and replaced as needed along Mold removal and treated it cost me 6000. Plus, had it be done correctly the first time this would've been avoided. I asked for 2500.00 she refused. Will update again. Updated review again I spoke with Erica Brister a month ago she was kind and understanding and working on a refund for me. She said she wanted to make this right. They are great for pest control. A couple of bad apples ruin the dozen. The employees and former employees who did the encapsulation do not represent the whole company. I was requested to contact them to discuss this I have left numerous messages and still have not heard back. JK Brister and Heather you overcharged me 480.00 dollars for and encapsulation with the installation put in upside down and upon supposed inspection after work was complete this was never brought to my attention. So far you have gotten away with ripping me off. I'm sure there are numerous other customers you have scammed too. You are responsible for your employees' mistakes. The following is my original review at the end you will see the owners request for me to contact them. Management is fantastic until they owe their customers money. There are honest employees there. Unfortunately when you have employees who aren't trained and supervised affects the customer. You pay a company to do a service correctly if or when they make a mistake they should own it and correct it I strongly advise people to do their research. Us pest and us crawlspace did my termite and fungus protection in my crawl space I thought. I had no knowledge of encapsulation at the time and was referred to them. Big mistake. I called them to check the encapsulation. I was first told everything was fine by my daughter then I received a call stating the insulation was put upside down and they didn't install it and wanted to charge 5100.00 to rip it out and install new. I spoke with the owner and asked why this wasn't brought to my attention when they supposedly checked it the first year his response I don't know why. The person who did all the work was fired. I didn't have the invoice requested a copy be emailed to me took three hours to get it was one lump sum and not a breakdown of charges. He asked me what plumber did the insulation I advised him your company did. Stay away from this company they are dishonest. A tech claimed they did my backyard and never showed up and signed the document claiming he did. He apologized which he should. They do not supervise the work down to their work orders. US Pest and us crawl space it's not ok to do bad work and falsely claim you didn't. Check out the better business bureau, reddit and other platforms. It's corporations like you that ruin it for honest corporations and mom and pop shops. Stay far away from them. Also check Indeed they have employees reviews of management and tech employees. The customer service representative on the phone seem the happiest probably because all they know how to do is schedule appointments and run your credit card. The inspectors and techs are one in the same for both companies. I am pleased so fat with US Pest. Mike our service tech is doing a great job. I have dealt with the billing office and they took care of my administrative issue with professionalism and it was handled quickly. All good so far!

Tate Martin was the best. He is very knowledgeable in pest control and I will always recommend Tate and US Pests Protection

They were supposed to take down all of the spider webs and they missed a few. Door tag said they were here for 30 minutes for an first visit and that seems kind of short.

Out tech was amazing! Answered all our questions and performed her task efficiently and effectively. We are very pleased and highly recommend!
