What can I say about Bill Decker and his crew other than they are awesome. We had a problem with our drain in the basement on Saturday, August 11, 2018. Of course every thing happens on the weekend when you are in desperation to find a plumber. Went on to Home Advisory to check out the reviews for plumbers in our area and came upon US Drain. I filled out a questionnaire and submitted it and within 10 minutes Bill Decker had called me. He then made arrangements to be at our house within an hour after we got off the phone which really impressed us knowing that on a Saturday he made the time to make us feel that we were important. He came over and described the situation and what was going on and the cost and said that his crew would be over on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. to start working. The 2 gentlemen that showed up to work on Monday were Fred and Merle. They showed up on time and were very nice and polite to my husband and I. These 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable in their profession and explained everything to us. Bill is a very honest man and he represents his company in a very professional way. These guys are fantastic, Great work, fast and accurate. They replaced the main sewer line between my house and the city main, They were so helpful with the neighbors when the neighbor wouldn't let my tree guys in to their yard, Bill brought in his tractor and helped my tree guys pull that tree down from my yard so he could finish the job, Then he gave us a good price on replacing the main sewer line in the house. Thanks to Bill and his crew, My family has running sewage leaving the house and not in my basement.

Bill was 100% on the ball. He answered every one of my phone calls, helped me through unexpected issues, and dealt with the county and township in my behalf. I think with all of the issues that came up, many of contractors would have left me to fend for myself, but Bill did not, he stuck with me!!

Do your homework first. Check with your city to find out where your sewer line connects to the main. This is the only way to know in advance if repair/replacement work will cross water or gas supply, then when you get a quote you and the company you hire know up front what the situation is and can agree on expectations and costs. Get more than one quote. Don't believe any contractor saying they will leave the site ready to throw grass seed. If the job requires digging up your yard, you will be left with a total mess requiring either a landscape professional to fix it up ($$$) or many days of hard labor on your part.

Responded efficiently. Quality work. Pleasant and respectful workers. Only glitch was a detached wire for the garage door opener which was not replaced.

TRIED CONTACTING OTHER PLUMBERS IN AREA THEY WOULD NOT CALL . WENT ON HOME ADVISOR BILL CONTACTED ME ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER I WAS ON HOME ADVISOR, CAME OUT THE SAME DAY THE NEXT DAY HIS CREW CAME OUT AND TWO DAYS LATER WE WERE BACK IN BUSINESS. DOES VERY GOOD DEPENDABLE WORK WOULD HAVE THEM BACK IF I EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. ONE OF HIS WORKERS IS VERY VERY GOOD HIS NAME IS LUKE IF YOU CAN GET HIM ON THE CREW THAT COMES OUT YOU WILL BE VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

I used a different plumber that had an excellent Home Advisor rating, but after numerous calls to get them to honor their warrant, I gave up and tried US Plumbing and thankful that I did. Bill came out when he promised to come out and quickly identified the problem and then followed up later in the day to see if I had any questions or concerns. A five star company run by a very honest person. Don't waster your time calling other plumbers for Bill will give you a fair price and will offer friendly advise.

When I was first connected with Bill through Home Advisor, I was in a panic. I had received a quote from a different company that was high enough to buy a small car, to have our clay pipes from the house to the street replaced with PVC. Within minutes, Bill assured me that wasn't necessary. He was at our home within 1/2 hour, and started the project at 8:am the very next day. By 2:30 pm, the work was finished, and everything was "flowing" perfectly. The crew he brought were friendly, polite, and knew their jobs. And the cost was very much in line with what we had expected in the first place. I'm having some small plumbing work done later this summer, and I won't hesitate to hire US Plumbing again. Anytime you need heavy equipment, just resign yourself that they have to get it into your yard to do repairs... So I'm just grateful it wiped out my courtyard and not the whole front yard..they did their best to ease my anxiety, but still have a lot of expensive plants to replace...hey, I've been meaning to rearrange that part if the landscaping, I guess??!! The good part is no more sewer line clean out and tree roots..done!! Lifetime guarantee.

I was impressed by the customer service from Ron and his crew. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. This was a major repair for our home and I am very satisfied with the work and I will continue to use the company for all our plumbing needs. 01/11/18 I discovered a water problem in my basement this morning due to the snow melting. I called the owner and he sent a crew within 2 hours. Fred and Merl got here on time, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. They also took the time to explain what had happened and what I could do in the future to lower the risk of it happening. Very happy with the company and the services it provided.

Replaced sewer line at tap in easement that collapsed completed the job the day after calling ,the people working for US Plumbing were professional,courteous and cleaned up the job sit as contracted. I'm retired and work with underground contractors for 35 years that's why I rated this company 5 stars

they were all in. it wasn't the easiest job with the depth, location of the old pipes and the density of the old clay. it was hard as rock. They worked it all the way to the end. They did clean solid work all the way through, made certain every detail was right.

Had a main sewer line that was backing up into my basement. Called them at 4:00 in the afternoon. Representative came out within stated time. Representative found that the main sewer line had collapsed outside of the house. Stated to us what needed to be done, gave us a fair price. Told us that they would be there the next morning to fix our issue. Showed up on time, and completed our job within stated time. The job was completed in a professional manner who no extra fees. Very satisfied

Bill Decker is the person who did the work. He also did a great job in working with the Insurance company since I did not know what the damage was etc.... Over all he did a great job and got the work done on time.

Bill has been a great guy to business with and would hire him in the future if the opportunity arises. He responds back to calls very quickly. He has been very flexible. Price: He quoted me 10000 for 150ft to connect up to the sewer tap. But since learning the sewer tap was behind some trees he added on 2000. The project was completed very quickly in 4 days. It could of been done in 2 but there was some inspection delay issues. Concerns: I have a gravel driveway and some of the plumbing had to go underneath it. There was dirt left on top of it but leveled at the end of the project. I think maybe some dirt could of been avoided but the drive would need to be regraded afterwards to make it perfect again. There was a couple (2) of areas where tree bark was missing from where the bucket must of hit the tree. A 3000 dollar bond was required by the county and is still pending. The final inspection wasnt approved and delayed because there was no grass seed, gravel needing to be placed by the road and pitch issues with the water runoff by the road needing to be corrected. Bill came out to correct the issue promptly. He didnt leave the job uncompleted. He followed up because he cares about his customer getting their bond returned. He takes pride in his company and work. To me his price seemed to be a little above average but with life lessons you get what you pay for. Great customer service and job done correctly according to county code. This review was written from my experience with bill and wanted to give everyone a very accurate story to share.
