I do think the Milorad is knowledgeable a out pools however if there is a problem he does not follow up I had my pool opened on May 27 and he said to let rhe pump run until it cleared out. That is normal. When I went over to the equipment the back wash faucet had water running out of it to the point that I couldnt leave the pump on. I have tried calling him and texting him with no response. I know he is busy because I had to wait a bit for my appointment to get it open but I would have at least expected him to contact me back. I paid $470 to have the pool opened and now I have had to hire someone else to come and take care of it because I cant even get rhe courtesy of a return message. I am thankful that I have found someone else who will take care of it and is responsive. I sent him the video of the leak. Obviously I wont use him again and would not recommend him. the new person also checked the water and the chemicals arw completely out of balance and he has told me what is need

Milorad arrives exactly when he says he will. He demonstrated his technical acumen on my pool equipment and offered a choice of solutions for repairs and explained the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision. I was most impressed with his on site follow up on the results of my pool opening at no additional chargeâ ¦.I never experienced that before from a pool company.
