He was very professional, finished the job on time and even came back to change out some shingles that were slightly discolored after he had been paid for the Job. He had us sign a contract which clearly stated the terms and deposit. I would wholeheartedly recommend his team to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

When US Roofing replaced our roof in 2017, they delivered an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Esteban Carriazo was our sales representative at the time, and he went above and beyond to help us navigate the insurance process and all the paperwork involved. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and effortless. The installation crew was respectful, fast, detail-oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned the work site — our property was left spotless, which speaks volumes about their pride in their work. You really discover the true character of a company by how they stand behind their work years later. In 2021, while we were in the middle of selling our home, a small roof leak was found during the inspection. We contacted US Roofing, and they responded immediately and resolved the issue the very next day. Their urgency and reliability made a time-sensitive situation so much easier for us. Just last week, we reached out to them again after noticing what appeared to be a roof leak in our newly purchased home. This is when we had the pleasure of meeting Sebastian Carriazo, Esteban’s father. Even though it was getting dark during his first visit and he couldn’t safely get on the roof, he still took the time to check the attic. Two days later, he drove over an hour to return, climbed onto the roof, and completed a full inspection — only to determine that the issue was not related to the roof at all. When we asked how much we owed him for nearly four hours of his time, he kindly refused to accept any payment, even when we insisted. His patience, humility, and kindness truly touched us. We felt terrible for the inconvenience, yet he remained gracious and understanding the entire time. Integrity like this is rare to find. US Roofing has earned not only our trust but our heartfelt gratitude and lifelong recommendation. I don’t write reviews often, but my heart would not allow me to stay silent about a company that consistently shows such honesty, pride in their work, and genuine care for their customers.

One thing I noticed is how they didn’t rush the inspection even when it was clear I was in a hurry. They spent time checking slope angles and drainage paths properly before giving any conclusion. That patience actually helped avoid a wrong or incomplete diagnosis.

Us Roofing This is the first of many post that will come. I would like to say what an awesome opportunity and pleasure it is to have made the right call. And that right call was contacting US Roofing, the one that picked up on the other end was Roofing Representative Clayton Pardue. Right from the start he was on point! When you look up the meaning of a Company Representative - Sales or Customer Service: It’s An employee (like a sales rep) tasked with selling products, negotiating deals, or assisting customers on behalf of a company. I would like to especially focus on the wording“Assisting Customers on behalf of a company”. Clayton Pardue did more than that. He really did he listen. I already knew what I wanted, but he provided additional services, what was that additional service it was their GAF elite, GAF was their warranty that they can provided, and the type of roof I was looking for was A Worthouse Metal roof which they are Certified to install. But Clayton Pardue spoke well and spoke with politeness and kindness and knew the all the services which were many that the company provided. When I finally met Clayton it was the same has if I was as on the phone with him. Clayton came prepared with all the documents that speaks business, for example business certificates, business license, other business certificates of other work this company provides GAF services reference letter, US Roofing business statement, INC number, the warranties that they provide since they are GAF certified. What also got me was the Roofing proposal for my requested work, I had to ask him do you write all your roof proposals up this way. It was very detailed and covered all areas, I was amazed. Because I have gotten other proposals in the past but not as detail and length. Well done!!! Clayton, I said you are the first. He said I wanted to give you what you had requested… and provided me with their Worthouse Roofing Certificates which he said he would provide and he did just that, so this is the start of more to come… when the job is complete.
