He arrived early for the appointment, gave us a fair price, and proceeded to do the job quickly and professionally. He also gave us an estimate for future work, explaining our options clearly. I would definitely use him again. It is very nice to have someone who is honest and reliable to call when you need a job done. It is also nice that he will do small jobs, as many contractors do not want to be bothered with those.

We hired Franco to install a gas valve. He came in and did his work. However, the size of the valve was wrong and we couldn't have our dryer connected to it. When we asked him to come back to redo it, he kept saying it didn't matter. But it did matter!!! We had to hire another plumber to redo the work! Terrible experience!
