I called six roofing companies and made appointments with everyone that actually returned my called. US Shingle is the only one that showed up, which turned out to be divine intervention. I found out I had three holes in my roof and literally with 15 minutes, they were on the phone with my insurance company, handling all the details. By the next day they let me know my new roof had been approved by my insurance company and I was selecting replacement shingle style. Within two weeks I had a new roof and the job was started and completed on the same day.

The U.S. Shingle rep contacted me immediately, came to my home and inspected the roof and met with the insurance adjustor.The rep clearly explained the types, colors, and advantages of various shingles. We set up a date for installation...and then it rained every day for almost a month...but he kept in touch and texted me the night before the installation. The crew arrived at 6 am and worked continuously until 8 pm. Very professional, polite crew. Cleaned up as they worked. Basically completed the installation in one day and came back the next day for a few finishing touches. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend U.S. Shingle.
