I have been using United States pest control company for about a year now. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Brandon, who was an incredibly kind, polite, and respectful young man. He was very professional, took the time to ask if there were any particular areas that need extra attention, and was respectful about letting me know when he was finished up by quickly summarizing what he had done. Brandon was by far the most best tech that has serviced our home and it was a pleasure to meet him. In my opinion, he deserves a raise for his good attitude and customer service! I will highly recommend them they are awesome peoples

Tim David and Hussein did a great job and was very thorough. He made sure everything was carefully treated before leaving. Megan was also very responsive and handled everything quickly over the phone. The system overall is very efficient — from contract to communication and scheduling, everything was easy and seamless. Abid was the inspector that came out to evaluate our property and what a great job he did. He throughly inspected the property and even found evidence of rats in our attic. After all the information he gave us on what he would do we opted for having our house protected from termites as it had been over 10 years since it had been treated. At the same time he closed up any possible openings around the house that rats could use. Abid is very hard worker and does a great job and communicates every step he does. Now we have a 10 or warranty and peace of mind...Thanks Abid

Danny is very thorough and sincere when he does a Termite inspection. I appreciated the information he shared and felt comfortable that he knew what he was looking for to keep my house termite free.i will recommend the people’s for US termites to come to see there rodents and termites problems they are best in USA

United States pest control company is the super awesome company they have the technology to find the source and evidence of rodent's and that’s really a plus point for us we have been using them since years and years they are best happy with them

Always a pleasure when our US pest control folks come out. Our inspector and quarterly service folks are pleasant and informative. Never feel pressured like it's just a sale or number, always a kind! They address our concerns and help us keep out the bugs and creatures that keep trying to invade. We had issues with ants and roaches, but with our quarterly service we no longer have to worry. Happy with Alexandria and Andy they helped me a lot will highly recommend them

Andy is absolutely an amazing US Termite technician. He has always been very attentive to all of my exterminating needs. He has also kept me updated on any insect activity that might be going on around my home. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile with communicating, always letting me know when he gets to my home as well as letting me know when the service has been completed, as well as asking if there are any bug sightings inside my home.
