US tree Care did an excellent job. We had 2 large trees removed from our front lawn. We face a very busy street. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The site was left immaculate. I highly recommend US Tree Care Service

I hired this company expecting professional tree care, but my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The crew showed up late without any notice, and when they did arrive, they seemed disorganized and rushed through the job. Communication was poor throughout the process. I had specific concerns about protecting nearby landscaping and structures, but those were completely ignored. Several plants were damaged, and branches were left scattered across my yard. No real effort was made to clean up afterward — it looked worse than before they came. To make matters worse, when I reached out to share my concerns, I received little more than vague excuses and no offer to make things right. For a service that’s supposed to be professional, the lack of accountability and follow-through was unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re expecting quality work and reliable customer service.

We used US Tree Care Services LLC to clean up and take down trees after a storm. They were reasonably priced, prompt, efficient, and respectful. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after the job. We would highly recommend them.

They were prompt with the estimate. Price was very fair. They started when they said they would. The job was completed in the time frame given. Sandy from the office and daughter of the owner coordinated the entire job. She even visited my neighbor to inform her about the time and process, to make sure the work went smoothly. I highly recommend JL Tree Care.
