U-Save Contracting

Jason from U-Save called me right away and reassured me that my water main might be able to be repaired instead of replaced. They showed up when they said they would and called to let me know they were on the way. They helped coordinate with the water department to come and shut off the water from the street. The repair took much less time than I anticipated and I was extremely relieved and satisfied with the work that was performed and I will definitely use them again if needed.

The service was excellent and they did a very thorough job with our lawn. The only negative comment I have is that the price quoted at the consultation was was $225 and day of service the charge was $400....a significant increase in my opinion. But other than that first rate service and quality. I am so satisfied that I have hired them full time for my lawn maintenance.

They were on time, friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. Pleasure to use.

He canceled the first appointment because of an emergency. He didn't show up at all for the second appointment. He called 5 minutes after the third appointment and said He was on his way but showed up 2 1/2 hours later with an air conditioner that was too big, despite the fact that I had offered specific measurements. For the forth appointment, I got a call from someone else at U-Save who ended up showing up 4 hours late and told me the original guy didn't show up for work. Then they did a half rate job of installing the air conditioner and I had to pitch in to get it completed. It should be noted that I did not work directly with Keith Pynn.

Very quick to respond. Did get the job done. Felt they were professional and they did a good job cleaning up. It did take a lot longer than they had to anticipated. And they seemed a little disorganized.
