My dryer was not drying my clothes after moving to a new place. Thanks to home advisor I was recommended this company and am glad. The work was fast and diagnostics were accurate. Would definitely recommend.

called and they were there in an hour. figured out problem with my dryer with in 10 minutes. rebuilt part and had back and replaced in less than 2 days. dryer works great now. same guy took call, came out,rebuilt and replaced.awesome. Already told several people if they need any appliances fixed I've got their card, call me first.

Serviceman showed up ahead of time, promptly diagnosed the problem and had right parts for the repair. He took care to lubricate moving parts & was very professional. I will definitely consider them for future repairs.

UTG helped me the same day I called them. The repair specialist visited me and evaluated the problem, a broken belt on the dryer drum. He came back the next day with the belt and the supporting parts. Dryer is now repaired! Very good service.

Technician was on site the next morning after I contacted UTG. He took about 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, mostly taking panels off to get to the machinery. It took a few days to get the parts, it’s an old refrigerator. He brought the parts over and the repairs were done in about 30 minutes. Good service and good customer relations. Highly recommended.
