He offered fair pricing and a fast turnaround. We were hesitant only relying on Home Advisor reviews, but we re so happy with our decision!

Mike is a total professional. Knew I had the right guy for the job when I first met him. On time, finished the job in one day. Very pleased with the results.

Out of 5 total estimates for a new roof, Mike from Ulrich was the only person to actually go up on my roof and into my attic to assess what was needed. The price was fair and competitive. Mike was wonderful to work with and we had great communication. Roof was completed less than a week after we signed the contract. Although the heat index on the day of install was over 100 degrees, the team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job in 1 day. Everything was cleaned perfectly. Our new roof looks great and I would absolutely recommend Ulrich if you need a new roof.

Mike from Ulrich came out promptly, accessed the situation & scheduled the work. He completed everything to our satisfaction & was very neat & careful.

They enclosed a covered porch. The work was done professionally and at a reasonable price. Three days after completion of the work a wind storm damaged one of the screens. They replaced the screen quickly and at no additional charge. I have hired them to do another project for us again.

My roof was completed quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them for any roofing project or any other contractor service.

Not best customer service. Didnt do what i was told would be done. More like "lip-service", especially after I wrote the check (been a month now details undone. Less expensive than "other guy". I guess you DO get what you pay for.!

I have to say.. after getting estimates from 6 other roofers, including a friend of the family, Ulrich was the most HONEST (yes.. including the family friend), and was the best price around!! Where others told me I had 2 layers of roof already (and priced us for an entire new roof), Mike informed us that only HALF our roof was 2 layers, not the whole thing, making his price $3000 cheaper than the rest!!!! He was extremely honest, professional, on time, very clean, and had the job done in 1 day, as promised! I would HIGHLY recommend them! We have at least 3 neighbors ready to call them!

Ulrich builders did a great job with my basement. They worked with me to pick the best possible plan for my basement, then executed everything that they said perfectly with no cost overruns whatsoever. They were extremely professional in terms of how they treated my house, letting me know when and why any adjustments had to be made, and even took my dog out when needed since he had to be kept in his cage while they were here. I cannot say enough good things about the job Ulrich did, and I am thrilled with my new basement.

From the first visit, we knew we were getting personalized service from Ulrich Builders.In a very timely and well-orchestrated plan, Kevin and the team of Ulrich craftsmen transformed our dark, musty 1970's style space into a modern, cozy, well-lit living area that we've already put to use for recreation, exercise and family gatherings. We were impressed at the level of attention our project got and at how well Kevin and the team listened to our needs and desires for the space. We give Ulrich Builders high marks for good communication, excellent craftmanship and a friendly, efficient, courteous crew. We'll call on them for our next project!

I submitted the ServiceMagic request form and within less than an hour, Kevin called. He set up a time for an estimate. His price was less than the others so I went with him. They completed the entire job within 5 hours. They were very professional and courteous. Good job on the clean up, too. I would higly recommend them.
