Jeremy , the owner, sent RJ out the same day I called. He checked out my Monogram burner that wasn't working properly and also said that he could fix the Monogram 'frig 2 other repair people had said needed to be replaced. He returned the next day first thing in the morning and fixed both the burner and the 'frig. What a great job. Thank you, RJ!

Our GE Profile Freezer had stopped working. So, I called "Ultimate Appliance & Services"; they were highly recommended. "RJ" visited on Fri 11/15/19 and took apart our freezer. I paid a $95 Diagnosis Fee which was credited against our final bill. They were fairly priced and did exactly what they said they would do. To this day it is working perfectly. I can highly recommend "Ultimate Appliance" and "RJ".

RJ of Ultimate Appliance & Services of So FL is knowledgeable and very courteous. It was a pleasure to have him come to my house and assist with the problem. He also checked out my dishwasher and other appliances. He is a great communicator, too. I highly recommend him. I had him check out another appliance at another time after the first visit. I very highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating, easy to work with, and is very fair in his pricing.

Responded within 5 minutes of my request on Home Advisor. called me and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and made the neccessary repairs. He also explained what the issue was. Fair price and I will highly recommend Ultimate Appliance to my friends and neighbors. It is so rare today to experience such a high level of quality service!

They were prompt and assessed the problem however they charged 85.00 to walk in the door. But it did apply to further work. However we opted to just replace the appliance and elected to pay the 85.00. Thought that the service fee was a little high

RJ was here in 45 minutes as promised. Our refrigerator was fixed within an hour. He was courteous, and excellent. We would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.
