Water Removal Recovery Service
They did not follow any water removal guidelines. They had fans blowing at baseboards that had mold and did not remove any baseboards or drywall. They also left some wet carpet in the basement. Lastly they used one de-humidifier that was too small. There should have been four of those for the size room. I had to hire another company to finish carpet removal, they had to pull 90% of the baseboards and 10% of the drywall. Also, had to add an air cleaner from this company having fans blow on mold, which was spreading it throughout the house.

"Nancy was very difficult to deal with and she was very rude to me and my co worker at the time of our arrival. We gave her an estimate of the full mitigation for her entire basement, she said" that was too much money ", insurance is not going to cover it . So I said well what we can do for know if you would like we can at least remove the wet carpet and pad and start the drying process..And go from there ... She was fine with that ...Thats all she could afford she said ..so I tried to help her out every way I could including doing a bunch of extra work and not charging her full price. Then she has the nerve to bring another company in 1 mon"

This was a very worthwhile first time experience. After self cleaning carpets over the past years, we wanted to see what a professional cleaning job could do and UCS came through. Soils that would not come out are now gone. Shane and Carl were on time, efficient, customer oriented and very thorough. Great job.

Shane fit me into his schedule within 1 day. He was commited to excellent work. I honestly wanted new carpets when moving into my new home, however did not have the time for ordering and installation. I now feel that new carpets can wait after this carpet cleaning.

They did a fantastic job. We had Stanley Steamer last year and they left spots and said it was wear and tear! UCS removed all the spots and when they were done the carpets looked brand new. Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had!!!!!!

They have more powerful equipment than I do. They were in and out in a timely manner. Crew was professional and friendly. Product they used got up pet prints and accidents. Keeping pets out of room two weeks and no sign of of old stains as sometimes happens with other cleaning agents. I will call them again.

The gave me a decent quote to clean 4 large bedrooms, 3 walk-in closets, stairs and hallway to clean and deodorize the carpet. I told them there were fair amount of stains. They showed up raised the quote by about 150% and said they could get 99% of the stains out. When the were finished I did not see that they got out any of the stains. When all was said and done, we paid almost double what the quote was and they said that they could clean them better but it would cost about a $1000. The funny thing was my wife and her little Bissel Steam Cleaner got them out without that much trouble.

I am really quite patient with business schedules BUT I am a stickler for letting your client know what's going on. If you say you're coming, you owe me a phone call if you cannot keep your appointment. AND, I don't expect attitude from you if I complain about the lack of communication. Work had to be repeated. If was a tough job but they knew that going in; don't offer excuses for a mediocre job. BUT, they did try again and it was better the second time.

They were polite. called to say they were delayed in traffic but were only 10 minutes latter than scheduled. The only minus is that they missed a piece of carpet - cut from the carpet they cleaned - hence the 4.5 for work quality

Tim and Larry steam cleaned and scotch guarded 5 rooms in an hour. They were polite and efficient. I recommend their services.
