The ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Absolute AWFUL communication (practically zero). They call from a number marked as SPAM on my iPhone so it gets sent to voicemail, I call IMMEDIATELY back (twice, two separate times) and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called for HOURS yesterday to try and reach them. Finally I get a hold of someone and they can't offer me a resolution until the following evening. Clogged up shower and sink, the plumber finally gets there at 4pm, leaves without calling me, tells Home Serve that the problem is "interior not exterior" .. wtf? They are a drain cleaning company, go fix the drain. Nope, no follow up with me to tell me what the heck is going on. This is the WORST company, I encourage you RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN and choose a different company.

The gentleman who came to the house was pleasant and tried to unclog our toilet. The toilet was clogged along with the drain for the washing machine. I told him it had struggled in the tub and brown water came up. I was able to remove it prior to his appointment. When he worked on the toilet and drain for the washer I heard gurgling and a stench wafted into the next room. That?s when he told me he wasn?t able to finish the job, he mentioned the snake wasn?t long enough. I asked if he was going to unclog the tub or remove the waste and I was told he didn?t do clean up. This was Friday. Today is Monday and I am trying to reach them on the phone since 8am and the messages is they have higher than normal call volume. It?s the same message I got on Saturday and Sunday when I called to see if I could get a follow up appointment to finish the job they were hired to do. I will update once they return and complete the job. As of now I am not happy with them and would not recommend them.

Simple drain cleaning appointment between 4pm-7pm. No show. No call to let us know. If they can?t get a simple drain cleaning appointment right, would you trust them to do any real work. Choose wisely. BBB gives them a Big Fat ?F?!!!

Amir provided excellent service with careful attention to details. He had our drains back in working order promptly. He also had the best power tools for the job. Excellent!

Technicians/installers name William very polite very courteous very experienced he is a perfectionist I found absolutely no fault with his installation work and I am a retired mechanic professional myself and usually after somebody does work for me I wind up redoing their work in this case William did everything perfectly no need for me to touch it excellent work thank you William --- Richie B.

Ultimate was contracted by American Water through our extra insurance policy for the hot water heater. John the plumber was on time, knowledgeable, thorough in explaining everything, and very professional. The HW heater needed to be replaced and we are very pleased with the work and service that Ultimate provided.

John from ultimate was very courteous and professional, he ensured blockage was completely cleared and he went above and beyond in doing so.i would highly recommend his services.

Have contract with American water company. Ultimate drain came to house and told me initially that the leak in the dining room was from 2 shower stall tiles that had some grout missing. Then said, not from tiles but they had to break through dining room wall to locate leak. I told them no and showed them where it leaked before. They found leak and informed me that they could place plug but not covered by American water. I was called the day before they came and asked to pay in full. I informed them I would pay after they fix and guess what, they never arrived. I called and he said they will come next day and of course they did not. Did not respond to messages I left. It turns out they were incorrect with area of leak and plumber actually had to cut a pipe to fix. In addition, I had it fixed for 1/2 the price. Go to BBB and look up company. Not sure how home advisor has a rating of 4.6. At this point I would not use Ultimate drain or go to homeadvisor for advice.

Alex is very professional. I had a blocked sewer and faced the prospect of going more than 24 hours without use of showers and toilets. Alex committed himself to getting the work done, even though he started the work after 7pm. He wasnâ t rushing, and talked through what he planned to do. Unlike other repair men I have had work in my home previously, Alex left the work area as neat as it was before. Great service!

They came and snaked the line with a 25 snake. That did not work. They returned a few days later and snaked the line with a 50 snake. That did not work but insisted that I pay $225 and they stated they would go over a plan with their boss. No one ever got back to me so I started calling. I left numerous messages for Darrell, the boss but he never called me back. I ended up hiring Roto-Rooter from Middletown and they came out and had the drain cleared in just a few minutes. I then called again to talk to Darrell from Ultimate and he finally called me back. I asked him if I should get a refund since I had to pay Roto-Rooter $390 and I also paid Ultimate $225. Darrell refused to offer any refund. I would NOT recommend anyone hire Ultimate Drain Cleaning and go with Roto-Rooter. TS

I was monitoring a drain line breakage underground for my mother who has severe Alzheimer's. From start to finish, my mother was/is a difficult client, and she can turn into a different person mid-conversation. She called the office herself to schedule the first appointment without my knowledge, as I put in for the service and asked my number to be listed but was at my office. When I came home from work, I ended up finding her being very difficult on the phone with them. She called their office 6 times that same day and they were scheduled to come out the following day. I tried to get her to stop contacting them, but she is always determined and has a mind of her own. Each time, the office was polite and responsive. They truly didn't mind explaining to her what was going on and how they were there to help. My mother can get very frightened and severely panicked easily. I heard the girl over the phone telling her continuously easing her mind, telling her to please trust them and to breathe it will be ok. She was an emotional mess and terrified of the pipe breakage. I was amazed as to the compassion and consideration that was shown. She calmed her down enough to get her off the phone but my mom panicked again shortly after. I ended calling them myself and got the same woman, Karisa, that answered. I apologized profusely and asked her what was going on. She explained everything to me, all over again and brought me up to date with the status of everything. We got scheduled for excavation and repair right away. The day before my mom was panicking again and kept calling, she was patient and completely kind to her. I called her again and she explained that there was nothing wrong. At that point, I made sure she gave the technicians my personal number. Rob the excavation manager was polite and very thorough. The guys came and went with no problems. While at my moms, she started to have issues again because she wasn't understanding the situation. Both Rob, Nick, the guys and Karisa all worked together to solve the issue and put my elderly mom at ease. I would 100% recommend them for any and everything in the future.

Ron & Kevin were our technicians for the enormous (old house with old pipes near 100 yrs old) problem to replace our obviously bad interior sewer line. At first it was thought to be a 2 day job but when they first arrived and discussed what to expect it was presented as a possible one day job to which we were hopeful. We are of advancing years in age and made every attempt to clear out the very cluttered basement accumulated after near 50 years living at this address. Of course our lack of strength prevented our ability to clear away a lifetime of junk from the areas needed to access to do the work. We were reassured all was good and they proceeded to move the heavy objects to get to the job to be done. They started quickly and much to our astonishment the work of replacing the sewer line was completed before dark, line testing done, no leaks found and they cleaned up debris and put back in place the heavy items. The price of this service was more than we wanted but the rapid, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service given by two extremely competent technicians made us realize we made a great decision choosing Ultimate Drain Cleaning & Service to do this job. $175 fee for the visit itself. It goes towards the repair, but if the repair is not performed and a follow up is required, you are now at their mercy. Rescheduled on me without notice. I had to text them to verify. No apology. They were unable to install a toilet because they claimed not to be able to reach a rear bolt. I later verified with other plumbers and Toto tech support that the bolts are not difficult to reach. I tried reaching out via text and call but no response; it is now been 2 days. I can not be totally sure, but it looks like these guys just did not wanna do the job, and were happy to collect just the fee. $175 for the visit fee got me some things at least: they picked up the toilet, they assessed the viability of installation, and they troubleshooted issues with my previous toilet. I just wish they would have gone through with the installation like we agreed. These guys used to be pretty decent but I guess contractors are in high demand, and they can afford to jerk around customers.

Went above and beyond to complete the job. Getting to the main line was tough, even then the team got the work done swiftly.
