I would like to give great thanks to a guy called Guy, who came to my house exactly on time on a horrible cold cloudy windy day and cheerfully cleaned my gutters. He was courteous and pleasant and the price was very moderate However I cannot accurately rate work quality because I am not able to view the gutters because I am 76 and not about to go climbing on my roof. However, I am giving a five star rating for work quality because I suspect Guy did an excellent job... he spent about an hour and a half on the roof, which is about the time that Fred used to spend, Fred having been our cleaner for 31 years from 1987 to 2018. PLEASE NOTE: This makes me suggest that gutter cleaners should ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS of the clean gutters to show the home owner !!! Also makes me suggest to Home Advisor that when reviewers cannot honestly rate work quality, they be given the option of not giving a rating (i.e. allow a "don't know" category.... or allow them to just leave the field blank).

I had this service out to my home to clean my gutters and I asked him to check the one gutter to see if it needed to be reinforced. He did so without any problem. He didn't try to sell me any service I didn't need. He was prompt and put everything back when he was done. He even had my brother move his car so it wouldn't get any dirty water on it from flushing the gutters. I was very impressed with his service. I will use his services again .
