David returned the call within the hour and scheduled an appoint immediately. Appointment was made the next day, and he arrived early. Gutters were cleaned out today August 22nd we had a down pour, what a difference the water was running like crazy. excellent job, highly recommended.

David was the only handyman listed to answer his phone on a Sunday. I needed work done the following Saturday as it was our only day off. He doesn't typically work on Saturday but agreed to do the work. He arrived on time and got right to work on hanging a very delicate chandelier in a very high place. He also installed a doggie door. They were very professional, finished in a timely manner and charged a fair price. I would use them again and recommend them.

David, the owner, personally came by and gave us the quote for the work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. He was easy to work with and answered all questions that were posed to him knowledgeably and amicably. He also takes great pride in his staff and employees. The employees who did the job (Joshua and Charlie) were friendly, communicative, and thorough, making sure that all leftover parts and trash were taken care of. The repaired gate looks and operates great. I asked them about keeping some of the old wood slats from the gate to repair some other slats in a nearby part of the fence and they offered to do that work while they were there at no additional charge. I had pointed out 3, they ended up replacing 5! That work also looks great. Only one minor piece of constructive criticism: the new gate has a gap near the post. It is unavoidable due to the how the mechanisms work. We had been referred to David's website to see a picture of what it might look like and did not note that. It would have been good to have an understanding of that so that we could discuss what options might be available to mitigate at the time. Still very pleased and looking forward to doing business with Ultimate Handyman, LLC again and would recommend highly.

David and his team did an excellent job painting the interior and exterior of our home. They got the job done before the estimated date. They even worked around my rambunctious 4 year old twins

I was SO impressed with David and the work his crew did. Everything on my lengthy list was completed before the promised time. But more that just the High Quality Work - I was totally amazed by the Customer Service. Always available by phone if I had a question and made adjustments to the plan as I requested. What a Great Company !!!!
