I had swap out of older system done late 8/21. The owner, Rodney, inspected my old 4 ton system and told me that it was oversized for my home. He recommended a 3 1/2 ton unit. I chose a Rheem. Other companies tried to sell me the 4 ton unit for a higher price. After 7 weeks the unit failed to cool and I called Rodney at 7PM. He had his crew over the next morning at 9AM and they diagnosed the problem. Kyle and Derrick came and replaced the coil in the Air Handler. Kyle is an extremely knowledgeable and professional tech who knows his job. Having lived in Florida for the last 17 years I have dealt with many incompetent contractors. I would highly recommend this company for any AC work.

I do not know where all these 5 star ratings are coming from. I hired them last year to replace severely damaged ductwork. They redesigned the whole system, charged by the vent, but did not even touch 3 of them, left 2 unconnected, still charged for them and said they were unable to get to the ducts in the farthest area of the house. Charged additional to send two inexperienced techs out to connect the ducts, and would not admit that they had not done all the work contracted and paid for. After everything, the house was still hot. Rodney, the owner, said that there was nothing else that could be done. I called the city code inspectors for help, but there was never an inspection because they NEVER pulled a permit! The inspector tried to help, he came out and talked to us, looked around, but said his hands were tied because there was no permit. He talked to Rodney, who said he had been held up because of Covid, but would apply for a permit right away-after the fact. Fortunately, I then hired a different company who fixed every problem and brought everything up to code. I would never use or recommend Ultimate Homes and Cooling.

I called on a a Saturday and with in 3 hours had an estimate. The price was $1600 less with better equipment than the first company I called. We signed a contract the same day and in less than 48 hours they completed the job. Wow Thank you.

I have been screwed royalty by more Florida contractors than I can count. Ultimate was early, they worked clean, never once did they try to up sell me and most importantly, Richard and Kyle, both soft spoken, left me with a quiet confidence that they were knowledgeable, ethical and honest.
