Poor customer service with workers. Installer wanted more money to install windows and stormed out when I did not give him extra money.

Ron ended up doing a very good job on part of the project. However, he did not have the proper tools to do the entire project and his lack of tools made it take longer than it should have to do what he did. He was very polite and hard working but I felt like he was still learning his job.

Terrence and his staff are very personable and professional. I had a great experience with them. Things started off a bit shaky, but Terrence is a man of integrity and resolved our issue to my satisfaction immediately. His goal is to please his customers and that speaks volumes when dealing with a business owner. I hired him to install security cameras and hang blinds in my bedroom, they did a great job and were very efficient, my husband thought they were a bit pricey but in the end even he was satisfied with the way Terrence handled things and didn't mind the price because of the above and beyond customer service.

a little expensive

Wonderful experience with Ultimate Install. Terrance and Tim are professional and courteous. They are very reasonably priced. This company does much more than installation. Terrific job staining and sanding my foyer stairs that had previously been carpeted. Tim's work ethic and attention to detail is outstanding. Can't wait to work with this company again on upcoming projects. Highly recommend.
