Not a reputable person! Did work satisfactory then after gaining trust asked for a personal loan of $2500. Promised to repay after 60 days. After constant calls to repay loan have received half and now 7 months later still owes half with plenty of excuses and numerous weeks of silence. Have lost all confidence in him and his business practices! Someone to avoid in business!

Michael is experienced and he gave me the raised garden I wanted. He is very nice and easy to work with. He has had some bad experiences with a couple of customers, but I have had no problems. When he was done, he looked at my lawn and offered me a better price to mow and edge than my previous yard man. So I hired him and he has been excellent.

He came out and quoted me a price; he did send someone to start the project, but they did the wrong job, so he came out and said that he could not do the job; he thought he could, but in the end, he provided me with a refund of $1000, but he has to refund me $1900 since they paid the partial refund. I have not been able to get in contact with them.

Michael has proven to be very good in maintaining our lawn and trimming azaleas along property lines as specified by us (some areas we needed to keep untrimmed for privacy.) He does good work. He also will perform special yard projects as requested. His prices are very reasonable especially when compared to big companies around town,

Michael resodded my lawn in areas that had died because of incorrect sod for the site or invasion by other grasses. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer support when problems emerged. I highly recommend him and will be using him for other projects in the future!

He is not being trustful with the customer, he is not doing the right thing and he is always making some excuses. He came on time when he got the down payment and when he picked up the old riding mower of my husband. The flowers that he put on our front porch will not even cost $100. and flooded them with pine straw. Be careful with hiring Michael Sumlin, Please return the riding mower and the money you got from me.

Our lawn was pretty bad since it hadnâ t been mowed in awhile ( our last person quit coming). Michael did a good job and took his time getting it right. I offered to pay extra since it was very thick but he said no. Looking forward to continuing to work with him.

Everyone I dealt with at Ultimate Landscape was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. From making arrangements with Tasha to Michael who performed the tree stump removal, they communicated with me throughout and never left me guessing about what next steps were. Michael was very informative, he let me know what to expect and what I could do after he was finished to treat the soil to facilitate improving the appearance. I definitely recommend Ultimate Landscape Design for landscaping, maintenance or any other service they perform.

My mom needed 3.75 acres brush hogged and tall grass around specified areas. There was no crew. Just one man. Office lady was very nice, but each time I called and did not return the voicemail was very unprofessional and did not leave the name of the company on the voicemail. I live in Texas. She lives in FL. She was very unhappy about the work. It cost me $7,000 dollars and I dont even have a job!

Michael with Ultimate Landscaping did a wonderful job. He was pleasant and informative. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job. I will definitely be using Ultimate again would recommend them to others.
