Ultimate Lawn Care & Landscaping

The project was estimated to take two days. It has been three weeks, and the project is still incomplete. Several plants I wanted to memorialize my mother were not ordered, and have not been included in what they have finished. And I was supposed to get a contract, monthly or yearly, to take care of the garden areas they contracted to build, to keep them weed-free and mulched, and I have not seen that either. I would not hire this company again, and I most likely will have to have another landscaping company come out and finish this job.

I contacted them after my old lawn service people stopped doing a good job for me. Ultimate were great and I am very pleased with them I would recommend them to my neighbours.

I had to remind them of some things: cleaning up after their work, calling to see why certain things were or were not done. I may recommend this service but I have to see how they improve on my next scheduled service; I would suggest to my friends to make sure they are at home and monitoring the work. On the plus side, the owner was quick to respond to any concerns and was always polite. Also, I would have liked to have gotten some business cards but they were not available at the time. I still have a lot of work to do with my lawn and will call the others to see their pricing and work.

Delivered the gravel and spread it the next day. Very good service. My only complaint is that the gravel was spread by hand and not packed down.

Kenny Curtiss was extremely prompt and courteous in every facet of the project. The results of his Team's work were more than adequate. Will hire him again if the need arises.

Kenny & his work crew were able to help me out since I had an impending visit from my parents and my landscaping was a real mess. They completed the job within 36 hours of my work request. They were very polite & did a good job.

Within 5 mins of submitting my online request Mr. Kenny with Ultimate Lawn Care called me and was able to have my gravel delivered in 4 hours. He was very easy to work with.
