Very responsive and knowledgeable. Fixed my split ductless system and showed me how to clean the air filters. Perhaps a bit pricey to do the repair but worth it.

What started out as a nightmare was resolved by ultimate plumbing. The first contractor told me I need to excavate because water was coming into my home from the outside. The second contractor suggested I demo the bathroom floor. Rotorooter suggested I replace my sewage pump. Ultimate plumbing suggested that I turn off the water in my basement to see if the water would slow down. Day 1 we saw a change but Tom wanted to wait a week just to see what would happen. Long story short I didn’t need to excavate, tear up my floor or replace a pump. Simply removing the toilet the problem was found. I was very impressed with the work I received from Ultimate plumbing and would definitely do business again. If you want honesty and quality work then this is the company for you.

They came out at 8:00 at night,didn't charge any extra and the plumber knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it fast and efficient, would hire again ?

Work done in the Poconos. Replaced piping under sinks in kitchen and bathroom because of leaks. Also replaced water heater and water supply tank and removed them. Did the job in the same day. Everything working fine so far. Cost around $1800. Would hire them again!
