Sales rep was great. Even helped us pick out a color tile that would match with our existing bricks around the pool. Office was responsive and called us the day before each crew came out. The workers were respectful of our yard and explained things well. The pool looks amazing!!!!! So excited.

We couldn’t be happier with the work from beginning to end with Ultimate Pool Remodeling Inc. From the Sales person who listened to what we wanted and returned same day with several wonderful samples and worked with us to pick the tile and quartz we wanted. Excellent experience with the Demo cew, Tile crew, Plaster crew and the Final Inspection/Clean up crew! Sales person and All the crews had excellent attitudes, excellent quality of work, friendly, professional and cleanliness. An excellent Overall experience! Also, work performed in an extremely timely fashion. End result: Our pool looks brand new! It’s Fantastic! Great instructions taken and given. Thank you Ultimate Pool Remodeling Inc. Awesome team from demo day to the last day of clean up, team of workers were professional respectful and overall happy with our pool

I can’t tell you how impressed we were with our service! In seven days everything from demolition of our previous pool to installing new fixtures, to laying new decking and tiles to pouring the new quartz surface….all done in seven days! A team of six or seven men arrived early in the morning, cheerful and joking amongst themselves as they completed their daily tasks. Always done in a few hours. On the seventh day, they came and did all of the clean-up work. We were thrilled with the final results!

BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! ERIC WAS AN AWESOME DUDE TO WORK WITH AND WAS ALWAYS REACHING AND ADDRESSING ANY OF OUR CONCERNS. THE WORKERS GOT THE POOL DONE IN ALMOST LESS THAN 3 WEEKS. WE ARE EXCITED TO START ENJOYING OUR POOL WITH OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. DONT BE AFRAID GIVE THEM A CALL AND FLEX ON YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

Horrible customer service. As a customer, you do not matter all they care about is other jobs. Schedule is horrible, they do not call you until the night before to say that they will be there. How can you plan ahead with your job and family? Terrible service. The owner does not respond.

This company is a nightmare to deal with! We have had numerous problems with our full pool remodel. Uneven tile, drip lines in the plaster coming from every nozzle, sharp edges where they cut the concrete and now we have rebar poking up out of the pool. I dont understand how rebar is pertruding from the plaster but it is a huge safety hazard. Once they have you're money they stop caring! The owner denied everything and would not rectify the situation.

They swear they contact you each day prior to work. I was called only one morning. They did not inform me they were filling the pool on Saturday afternoon. Plus they hired a subcontractor to polish and acid wash. These guys performed the finish, they put the hose on the bottom with no cloth around the end which resulted in blotches where the hose ran. Other than those things. the Quartz was a good choice along with my tile upgrade. I won't recommend them due to them filling the pool a week prior to my requested date. They promise to work with you but all that I asked for fell on deaf ears

I would definely not recommend this company to re-plaster my pool, nor anything else. They sold us on a product that was not at all as it was depicted. We were looking for an alternative to "pebble-tec". They sold us, using a brochure that describes quartz as a "smooth alternative to pebble". It is not. To remedy the situation, they then came and acid washed the pool. We now can see the footprints of the guy who did the work in the bottom of the pool. We are very disappointed. This company is clearly neither competent, or is their integrity to be trusted.

Ultimate Pool Remodeling was great! The bid was simple and straight forward. The price and quality of the products offered were of highest quality and execution. I can say this after having a bad experience with another pool company that did not pay their subs and failed to complete the job. Ultimate Pool Remodeling was great to work with.

Excellent company to work with, complete the work in a timely manner and had a professional group of workers. Felt they bent over to make things go right for the home owner.

The project was ccompleted in their guaranteed 2 week time period and when they left at night they didn't leave any messes behind.

I was most impressed by the efficiency of the workers at the site. They were self motivated

Very good job. Only one problem and that was I had to keep calling and asking when they were going to do different things. Reliability could be better, but work was excellent.

The contractor was prompt in submitting the winning bid and once approved the pool remodel was done is less than 10 days.

I am very pleased to be the first customer to rate this company. I completed many projects using Servicemagic since we purchased our new home a year ago. This is the first company that gets and deserves 5 stars! Not only was their bid the lowest, they were the only company that gave me and sold me what I wanted! Demo and tear out of our large pool started on Tuesday and completed the new coping, new tile, trenched for a new light, installed a new ladder and replastered the complete pool! All in less then a week. Each day the owner or the Sales Rep was in contact with me explaining what was being done and the next step. Great Job&Staff!
