Ultimate Roofing and Construction, LLC

I would not recommend this company. They did not get my problem fixed and I have not been able to make contact with them since.

Very thorough, punctual, courteous. Everything I could have asked for.

They were prompt at getting me an estimate, but after we paid the initial cost it took forever to get things going. To be fair, sometimes my husband and I are hard to reach via phone call instead of text. I was happy with the job once it was done, but the guys knocked a vent connected to the water heater out of the ceiling, which caused a carbon monoxide leak. Fortunately, the water heater is in the garage, so our family is fine. I just didn't know that happened right away because I did not look at the water heater until it stopped working. The new roof and gutters look great though, and I like that they will work directly with the insurance company for payment.

Repairs quickly scheduled and completed.

They did a good job fixing our sunroom roof/chimney and painting our front room/hallway.

Very professional. From the time I hired them I had a new roof and post on my porch within 2 days.

Right after we had the roof repaired and sealed, we had some significant rains. We wound up with a few rain spots in the house on our ceiling. My husband had to go on the roof to seal a few shingles. He says the company did the job correctly. My question is why the leak then? We did not call them about the issue. They cannot fix what they don’t tell them about.

Cleaned and sealed my flat roof. Quality job and excellent customer service

They did a great job on the siding.

Repair looks great, I appreciate the quick response. Thanks.

I highly recommend this company for any service needed. They are honest, wholesome, and knowledgeable people. The owner, Bobby Smith, went above and beyond in making sure we were taken of. This company has my business and recommendation for life!

The contractor was professional, knowledgeable, gave great feedback, and friendly.

Ron and Bobby were very easy to work with the crew did a great job of installing and cleaning up after the work was done. I am also hiring them to do my new guttering and getting an estimate for new counter tops. I would highly recommend this company.
