Installed a great system for a great price. It was much better than the old Luma system. Great software too. They helped me remotely to optimize the software. I would use them again.

Had a security issue that involved police. Needed immediate attention. Out of 4 companies listed, only Ultimate Security offered a quick response. I had already realized that the ratings for Ultimate Security were better than other providers. Issac responded within 12 hours. Was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to address situation on hand. I highly recommend!

Isaac, Tom, and Dalton were extraordinary. First, Isaac and Tom are both veterans. I am a veteran serving in the Air Force on active duty for 26 years and then an additional 13.5 years as a civil servant. I support veteran-own companies. Tom and Dalton worked tirelessly setting up the cameras and made sure everything was in excellent working order before they completed the job. All three men are friendly, professional, and thorough. Well done, my Navy and Army compadres!

Issac and his team scheduled me right away, i did not have to wait several days to get an appointment. He asked detailed questions and even gave me troubleshooting advice over the phone and walked me through a few scenarios first. Once he determined a more detailed look was in order he set a time and date and even text me within 20 minutes of the technicians arrival. I strongly recommend Issac and Ultimate Security going anywhere else is a waste of your time and money. Great Job Guys!

Isaac responded quickly and came on time. I had some issues with my new system during instillation but he fixed them and replaced some defective parts. He didn t ask for extra and made sure everything was working well before he left. I highly recommend him.

It was a professional install of security cameras hardwired to NVR. The installation went smooth and fast. There was only one unresolved issue. USVA was unable to integrate my Lorex 4K Ultra HD 8-Channel with 8 Smart Deterrence 4K (8MP) Cameras with Color Night Vision security system to my Smart Home. I wanted to enjoy hand-free voice control by connecting the Lorex security system with my Chromecast, as advertised in Lorex Smart Home specifications. However, the connection was above their level.
