Nate & his team are top notch professionals. Period. They recently completed bathroom remodel for shared & master bath as well as replacing our front foyer and hallway with durable tile. Fantastic communication from day 1, and the suggestions he provided during design phase proved he listened to our requests, budget constraints, & style considerations and has a keen eye from his vast experience for what will work best for you, the client. During demo/build, the crew was very timely, overly considerate of our house by properly preparing every morning and completely cleaning up every evening so random tools or materials aren’t laying around - something very appreciated by us and definitely contributed to the reduced stress of this project vs other providers. His team’s attention to detail can’t be emphasized enough - his bar is higher than yours, I promise! We couldn’t be happier with how all 3 projects turned out & have already discussed future projects such as windows and deck.

Deck or Porch
I can’t say enough good things about Nate and his crew. Nate took the time to listen to what we wanted to do with our deck refresh project. He provided us with ideas, but was never pushy. We ended up making changes a few times to our plan. Nate was patient and kind about redoing the estimate to show the changes in price given the changes we wanted to make. Nate and his crew were incredibly professional. He was great at communicating with us and very timely in completing our deck refresh. Highly recommend Nate and his team.

Deck or Porch
Nate has done two projects for us. Early in 2023 he was able to trouble shoot a water leak in our basement that was under the sliding door to a deck. He removed the old patio door and replaced it with a new construction slider, repaired the water damaged area, deck flashing, and made the door and basement water tight. This fall, he replaced our old deck that was in poor shape. Nate gave us a few design options and price quotes. He and his team demolished the old deck and rebuilt the new one with pressure treated wood . They did an outstanding job, even sanding all the surfaces so they are completely smooth and ready to be waterproofed. He was able to jack hammer the cement step for the old stairs which opened up up the yard. We now have the best deck in the neighborhood that should last for 40+ years. Nate really pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. The workmanship is top notch. We highly recommend Nate and Ultimate Service Provider. Thank you to Nate and Team. Nate and his team did EXCEPTIONAL work building my composite deck. He provided me with multiple options/estimates so that I could decide which one would support my budget. He went above and beyond in finding the composite decking option that would best suit my needs. He and his team are incredibly professional and Nate is onsite the entire time - he did not quote me a price, and then send a different crew to do the work. He is incredibly thorough and took the time to check in with me to ensure that I was happy with the progress made each day. I hired Nate to replace our old outside lights with modern motion sensor LED lighting, along with replacing an old porch light. The whole experience was positive from the first call back to the final result. Nate is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and experienced, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. He even fixed some woodpecker damage to our shingles near the side lights while he was here. I was happy to learn that he provides many other services, and we looked at a few other potential projects while he was here. He had some interesting ideas, and will be the first person I call for the next project!
