Ultra Clean is a great company. I called them on Sunday and they came right away. They immediately started helping, controlling the water, and handling the mitigation. They did everything perfectly and dried the basement. They were very nice and supportive. Thank you to Devonte, the entire staff, and customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Paying Ultra Clean felt like being robbed. They sent a 20-year-old kid to plug in a dehumidifier. The price? A cool $2,300. After digging into the invoice, it?s clear Ultra Clean overbilled me. Their own evidence shows they did under 2 hours of labor, but I was billed for 3.5. Photos show their workers didn?t use PPE, but I was billed for it. They billed me for 2 hours of ?coordination?, an unbelievable number when physical labor maxed out at 2 hours. They added 2 fees for $600 for no reason. When I asked Ultra Clean to explain their billing, they told me to ask ChatGPT. After some back and forth, they told: ?These are not inflated prices, these are industry standard line items.? To which I say, the lady doth protest too much. Cherry on top: Ultra Clean quoted me $15K to do the repair on my home. A second company completed the work for $2.7K When I pushed back on the billing, they threatened to foreclose my property. In the end I would?ve rather been robbed than deal with them

The city hire a company to change my water meter. They did not have the water valve shut off . I ended up with a lot of water in my basement. Debra had 2 guys at my house in 45 minutes. This could have been much worse than it was because of how fast the got here. They came back 5 times after making sure my basement was dry. Thank you so much Debra and the team. Dale

Deborah is over the top fantastic. She answered my calls promptly and made sure everything was done right. She also was very helpful about the process and told me what was going to happen step by step.

mark came out to take a look at our water damage. he was so helpful and honest and competent. he gave us lots of options and we ended up deciding to complete the project ourself since it was a smaller project. we will definitely come back here for bigger projects tho and recommend to others.

We have had water in our basement more than once. This company, Jenna in particular, used a meter to determine moisture in walls. They found mold under paneling that should have been found in previous incidents. They serviced us well.

They responded immediately and educated me on mold. They are a great company and will call them any time we need help!

They did the job on time. I had to follow up few times for trash removal. It is was sitting there for more than 3 weeks and killed the grass underneath. Pricing was good and they did the job on time. Only things was that trash removal took for over.

They were very courteous. However They would leave and not tell us when they would be to complete the next task.

First off, Deborah from Immaculate Cleaning called me within 10 minutes of submitting the request on service magic, to top that off they were at our home within 1.5 hrs of the call. From the first call forward IMI was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. One of the things that i loved most about IMI was that they are a full service company, not only did they dry out our water damage but they coordinated the restoration as well. I didn't have to call anyone for anything, IMI did it all, even worked directly with our insurance! IMI is the peace of mind you want when dealing with such a stressful situation! I'd hire them again!!!

We removed wall paper and discovered mold in 4 areas - called Immaculate Cleaning and scheled an inspection. Ben arrived on time, reviewed the areas - gave an estimate and was given approval to proceed. The work was done in very professional and efficient manner. Area was cleaned up after he finished.
