Ultra Dry Roofing, LLC is a family owned and operated roofing and window company serving greater Indianapolis since 2021. We're two owners with 20 years of combined home improvement experience. We started this company because we got tired of watching contractors take advantage of homeowners. Our inspectors aren't commission-based, and our No Upsell Guarantee includes shingle, ventilation, and warranty upgrades, so the price we quote is the price you pay. We also handle storm damage insurance claims start to finish. Windows: We sell and install Pella and Alside windows, so you can get Pella windows through us without finding a separate company. Our window team has completed hundreds of window projects across central Indiana. We measure, show you the real options at each price point, and leave. No four-hour demo, no today-only pricing. If a repair beats a replacement, we'll tell you.

I called Ultra Dry around noon to discuss roof maintenance for nail pops. They sent out Blake that afternoon! He explained what he saw and what needed to be done and got to work. There were more pops than he could address that evening, so he promised to come back. He kept in touch daily and came back in 2 days to finish the job.
His work was meticulous and I'm sure he gave extra effort to make the rood look as good as possible before we had photos taken to list our house for sale. Despite some extra work, Ultra Dry honored their original quote.
We were in a hurry and had communication issues with two other roofers. I'm glad we called Ultra Dry. If you need a roof, repairs or maintenance, call them. They are good people.

Kiel, Blake, and their team did an excellent job of redoing my roof damaged by hail. They kept in constant communication and made very clear what they would be doing doing and when. I would recommend them to anyone and would be happy to hire them again in the future.

I contacted Ultra Dry Roofing for an inspection of my roof. I had an area near the porch of concern with water coming out of the soffits when it rained. The inspection proved I had significant roof damage from a hail storm. They helped with the insurance claim and met with the insurance adjuster at the house. From start to finish I was very impressed with Ultra Dry Roofing. The new roof looks great and I couldnâ t be more satisfied. Josh, Kyle and the team were great to work with! I would absolutely recommend them!

Ultra Dry Roofing came very soon after being contacted about my storm damage. They inspected the roof and and found it needed to be replaced. They were careful to not damage the plants and shrubs around the house and did a very good job of clean up after the job was completed. Everyone at Ultra Dry was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them for your project. You won't be disappointed.

After sustaing storm damage, Ultra-Dry came out and did a thorough inspection, showing us photos and carefully explaining how they planned to work with our insurance company. They also left brochures and offered to drop off shingle samples. Later they met with the adjuster at the house. When we were approved for a new roof they walked us step-by-step through the roofing process. A week later our roof was installed by a very efficient, skilled and courteous crew, with management personnel checking on their progress throughout the day, making sure we were completely satisfied with the work. We would definitely use Ultra-Dry again in the future.

Josh from Ultra Dry Roofing contacted me and let me know he was my neighbor a few miles down the road. From the 1st 30 seconds of his conversation I knew all he wanted to do was help like a neighbor. My roof is only 7 months old and the installer wouldnâ t even come out to fix it. Ultra Dry Roofing came through like a champ! It was so easy! Josh was able to walk me through and educate me on the insurance claims process from beginning to end and explained everything along the way. He made himself available for any and all questions and never made me feel like a pest. After the hail hit I didnâ t even know I could get a new roof for only my deductible unless there was leaking, etc. thank goodness someone referred me to Ultra Dry and Josh! New roof and new gutters all for only my deductible! I never would have even known the crew had been there had I not seen them myself and had a beautiful new roof! Clean up was immaculate. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, coworkers or any one I pass by on the street for that matter!

I worked with Ultra dry roof and it was easy, I originally had another Roofing company in line but after Meeting with Josh and Jake i chose to go with Ultra Dry Roofing. The crew was on Thank time and very respectful. They took care in covering flower beds and even my in ground pool just to insure no debris made it into the pool. The finished my roof and shed roof in one day. Crew cleaned up Thoroughly and Josh stopped in constantly to make sure everything was going well. Could not be happier! Would highly recommend Ultra Dry Roofing!

During the roofing process, Josh, the supervisor was there supervising the work, the clean-up work was also excellent. We needed the repair work because of a hail storm, so, my insurance covered most expenses but in so far as my deductible goes, I felt happy with them.

Ultra Dry Roofing is Amazing!!! Josh and Phill were so helpful during a stressful time. They were honest, and very accurate. My neighbors have complimented me on how great my roof looks.
