I had a doorbell Installed, that works, but now I have holes in drywall around light switch plate and a new sizzle sound when I turn light on in entry way. When I notified him of damage, I thought it would be a simple we will come look/follow up with their work and fix the new issue that was not there before their work. Instead he immediately held no accountability, The light switch has nothing to do with doorbell..even though it is on inside directly behind new doorbell and I took pictures of holes in drywall around switch plate, to which he did not reply and then the new sizzle sound he did not address. His reply I will come look but I will charge you for time it takes to get there and work. $377.00 for 1 hour 20 min of work only to now have a sizzle sound when I turn on light switch and holes around switch plate/damage to drywall that he accepted no responsibility for. So much for customer service, he didn't even offer to fix the damage they did only to charge me more money for trip here and time spent to look at the damage they did.

"Stephannie called me with concerns. I politely informed her that we would install a new switch cover. I also explained to her how the doorbell worked and that it had nothing to do with a switch making noise. It is impossible as they're two completely separate circuits. I let her know that we'd be happy to come investigate the issue but there would be additional charges as it was unrelated. Stephannie lost her temper and threatened me with " my husband is a cop, I know other cops, and I know attorneys"! I then informed her that we will not stand for childish and unprofessional threats. I also informed her that I'd be forwarding the email to her husband's department as it is illegal for her to threaten someone with his job. I told her that we would no longer do business with her and that she was not to contact me or my employees. We will not be treated this way. As for the charges she was charged for 2 hrs for two techs plus materials. It is a 30 min ride to her home. She was informed upfront that we charge from the time we leave the shop until the job is finished."

Chip and his guys were fantastic. He had to come out to our house a couple of times to try to track down what the problem was because it kept trying to hide. But as soon as it got pinned down, he got it immediately fixed. He worked clean and fast, was friendly, had no problem answering any questions, and was always available by phone. He was also respectful and didn't try to make me feel bad about anything. I will definitely be calling him if I need to have any more electrical work done, because I was so impressed.
