The salesman and installer team were very professional. But they installed the french drain in a different location than they had drawn it and discussed with me. It is up close to my foundation. I called them, and they never returned the call to discuss whether the install had been done as planned.

Was a bit frustrated with the salesman that I dealt with, but he is no longer with the company. Regardless, company management made sure everything was taken care of. Install team was hard working, kind, courteous, and did an excellent job. Cheaper options exist, but this was the only company that proposed doing the job the right way.

Our first contact was with the gentleman that gave us the estimate, he was awesome. Then things slid from there. Keeping scheduled appointments were hard for them to do. One excuse I can understand but two and three were tough to swallow. They sent one man to do a two man job at 6:30PM - I asked "you're going to do this by yourself? Tonight?" Sure enough he came to my door after a couple hours and said I was right and he would have to return with a helper the next day. When he returned he forgot parts to complete the job and assured me he would be back that evening to finish up. We were leaving for vacation that day at noon and I told him I didn't want to have to call and say - hey where are you - and he assured me AGAIN he would be back We paid for the job then because you get a discount if you pay within 4 or 5 days and we were going to be gone so.......I paid. Upon our return from vacation the job was still not complete. I called the office and left a message then I called the man that gave the estimate - who in the end resolved the problem. The installer showed up at 8:40pm completing the job in the dark at 9:30pm.

During the couple of weeks surrounding your installation date we were spread extremely thin with the volume of projects we were trying to keep up with. We really did work our technicians long hours even past dark at times to try and keep all of our customers happy and on many occasions separated the crews to cover more ground. I am very sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations. We do feel it's important to note, however, that according to our Project Manager as well as GPS records, the arrival times stated in your comments are off by several hours. Also, according to our recorded contact records, we are not clear as to what excuses you're referring to other than the damaged part that we needed in order to complete the project. Nevertheless, we will use your feedback to help improve our business as best we can and we are glad that you're happy with the final result.
