I was perturbed when I felt that I was made fun of when I wanted to be present for the install. My rain barrels were not attached according to the directions and we had them come back out. They threw my directions away to the rain barrels and after they came back to correct the rain barrel connection, the extra tubing for the rain barrels was thrown away. Be present for the install, even if they make fun of you. The gutters look great, but there is also in a down spout in a place that I don't particularly like.

Sales team provided a professional accounting of the project. Very legible estimate, email confirmations. The installers did a very professional job and and am extremely pleased.

Juan and Juan are the two installers that put on our new seamless gutters and downspouts. These guys do excellent work and take pride of their installs. I am an involved home owner and I can say that these guys do it right the first time. They take the time to measure twice and cut once and use levels on the gutters for proper slope and level the downspouts on the wall for straightness. I picked out the terra bronze color and all my neighbors have commented on how sharp and updated our house looks. Almost a perfect match to our GAF high definition Weathered Wood color shingles. Highly recommend UltraLast.

They were on time, at least as good as could be expected due to rainy weather. They added a down spout that emptied into my neighbors yard. I asked them to remove it. They did, as promptly as possible, again weather permitting. I really believe they are a customer oriented business. I recommend them.

They definitely weren't the least expensive quote I had, but they were worth the money. The were prompt, professional and thorough. I needed to add gutters in a particular area of the house to protect some foundation work that I'd had done. I could have hired someone that would have given me only what I asked for, but this professional team helped me make better decisions without pushing. Sometimes, you need someone to guide you to best options/decisions. Isn't that why we hire professionals? I am very happy with the results. And, I believe I've made a good investment to protect my asset.

The gutters look great and help me sleep peacefully when it rains at night. The gutters perfectly match my siding. The customer service and installation are top notch.

Dec. 19, 2017 Today is the first day after the installation of the gutters and it is raining. So far the gutters are working fine. I no longer hear the "Niagara falls" of water coming from the roof onto my patio. What a blessing. The rain last night did not wake me up because of the pounding onto the concrete. The down spouts are also working and not falling off with the water like the previous down spouts we had on the house. The installer Eddie was great and very professional. There was no debris when he finished and he did the installation by himself. Brian was very professional as well and assured me that if I had any questions I could contact him. I had three quotes for the installation of the gutters and the PVC product used by Ultra Last was comparable to the products the other two contractors were using. I feel confident this will last a long time Thank you Brian, Eddie and Ultra Last!!

UltraLast was easy to work with. I had gotten a quote earlier this year, but didn't have time to do the job until now. Brian worked with me with the prior quote and we reached an agreement for the job. He was very honest about the scheduling and the time it would take. The only issue I had was the communication took longer than I thought it should and some questions didn't get answered. All in all I was very pleased with the end result and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our gutters look fantastic!

The new gutters make our house even better looking than before! The process was easy, from quote to payment and the cost was less than we expected, so that was a bonus!

I am very pleased with the work done by Ultralast. Brian Green was very personable and, unlike the other companies I contacted, Brian was willing to work with me to reduce the total cost to meet my needs by allowing me to do those things I could do myself and taking on those I could not. Being retired, this was very important to me. I must note that there were a couple of hiccups with the work, but Brian very graciously acknowledged my concerns and made them right with dispatch. All of my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly with respect and without even the lightest bit of condescension. In the end, with Ultralast's help, I attained all the results I sought for half the total cost presented by other companies. For me, Ultralast: -Tuned up and rehung Second Story Gutters -Repaired minor wood damage -Installed Valor Gutter Guards on both stories. All the Ultralast people were polite and professional throughout, as were those from Crown Exteriors, the sister company contracted to complete the wood repair needed. I would use either company again without reservation and, based on my experience, would recommend them highly to others.

UltraLast was an enjoyable company to deal with. No surprises and everything was "up front". The work they did in installing the gutters and the Valor covers (leaf guards) was professional and complete.

Excellent work, completed in one day and I didn't need to be home. I would hire UltraLast again.

The salesman and installer team were very professional. But they installed the french drain in a different location than they had drawn it and discussed with me. It is up close to my foundation. I called them, and they never returned the call to discuss whether the install had been done as planned.
