They were very good until we pointed out that they had installed the wrong tile. Then things went downhill. The work was ok. And got down, but there were a few stains that were never taken care of.

This project was close to a PERFECT PROJECT. Two things kept it from being perfect: 1) the color of quartz finish that we were EXPECTING (regardless of what the contract states) was NOT delivered 2) we were NEVER called once to let us know that a crew was coming, that is: the demolition, tile, lighting and plastering crews all just showed up on whatever day it was they came. No warning, no phone calls, no schedule...this was a little unnerving and made it difficult to plan anything (including time to revieiw the multi-page contract for any discrepanices). On the other hand, the crews performed almost flawlessly. The quality of thw work met or exceeded our expectations. A few walk lights were broken, but these were going to be replaced this summer anyway. We believe this vendor did not specialize in Quartz finishes, like some of the other vendors who had submitted bids. We truly believe that the vendor did not realize that there were two 3M Quartz colors named Cayman Green. If they did, they should have mentioned that there were two colors with the same name. It's a shame the color was not what we expected...hence, our rating of POOR for value. It's not a good deal when you don't end up with what you expected.
