Did a good job

Ultraclean took on a really tough job and completed it very well.

While the cleaning was over all decent, their vacum cleaner did not pick up well. Also, they did not use bleach or strong cleaners in an all white tiled shower. Has to reclean the shower after they left. Overall dusting and mopping was good. I will use again but I will be much more specific if I see areas that are not cleaned well.

I hired UltraClean through Home Advisor and by telephone. They were completely professional and helpful with scheduling. They followed through on everything that was promised and communicated with me every step of the way. I plan to continue to use them regularly as I am very pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

They were scheduled to arrive at 1pm, and though they called "on the way" they did not arrive until 2pm. A follow-up call went unanswered. They were not able to complete everything because though they did a good job on what they did, they took too long and should probably have sent a 3rd person as I requested a deep clean before I had my second child the next day. A few things like kitchen counters and a ceiling fan were untouched, and they forgot to vacuum a rug and just left it folded on the floor in the laundry room. The time and effort needed were underestimated, and being late is never ok

I recently had my home cleaned on 1020/2015, and have to admit, I had this service done before form another service and was completely skeptical. I had 2 main areas I wanted them to focus and was completely impressed with the final results. They managed to produce THE EXACT results I wanted with little to no assistance from me. I will definitely use their service in the future and are actually going to show may neighbor today.

Very professional. When they were done power washing the house, they invited me to walk around the house with them to ensure I was satisfied with the work and nothing was missed.

The guys did a really nice job. I would use them again if needed.

They were 1.5 hours late and I had to call them re: same. Some areas were not cleaned. I was told that moving furniture, cleaning baseboards, etc. was extra. I was informed about tipping(which means -"to insure promptness") of workers. April was very nice and Casey was superb.

Workers were punctual, professional and pleasant. Cleaning was thorough. I will use them again.

I hired this company last minute. The owner was able to schedule my emergency contract. The ladies did an excellent job. I love my closet. Bryan is an absolute sweetheart and cares about his clients.
