Uncle Bob's Garage Door Service

I Just wanted to leave a review (recommendation) for Uncle Bobs Garage door repair. I've been having issues with my garage for a few weeks and decided to give him a call. He was here within an hour and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it very quickly. Very honest, noble and FAIR man. Recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair.

Robert came out quickly (less than an hour), Immediately diagnosed the problem, and did the repairs in less than half and hour at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend his company.

The service was speedy and high quality. He assessed, gave an estimate, then went to work. Honest guy! Very straight forward service.

Bob was great and explained everything to us after the installation.

Robert was very professional and fixed the broken springs for my garage door. He also made sure the garage door worked smoothly, lubed and replaced the nuts on the garage door which was beyond what he had to do. Definitely recommend him.

Our tension spring on garage door broke Wednesday night. I got a hold of uncle Bob s he was willing to come out and fix it that night I told him it wasn t Need it right away but he was here bright and early the next morning.

He educated me on all that he did so I now understand how my opener works. He also made me aware that the springs on my garage door did not have safety wires and was willing to add them at the last minute for me. And I would like to note that Robert went the extra mile by hiding the ugly orange extension cord we had to use since my only outlet is located at the opposite end of the garage - that was a such nice surprise ?. The technician repaired my two springs within 1.5 hours of submitting my quote request. He was very professional and finish the job in about 40 minutes. I'm glad my garage door got fixed the same day. However, I'm not happy about the fact that the company won't return my calls. It's been over 7 days and I called 3 times asking them to call me back. I need to know more about their warranty. Fast service, proffesional technician and competitive price. But they need to work on their customer service. Not calling a customer back in over seven business days is not acceptable. What if I needed an emergency repair?
