They did not fix my windows but they secured them so they would not fall down for safety reasons. That was ok for not having the item numbers for the windows for them to try to find parts to try to fix them. It save me from having to replace my windows. Thanks for their service and thank for them for willing to help. I will be contacting them in the future. Cost was very reasonable.
