Mr. Spafford of Under Construction was professional and knowledgeable. His servies were reasonably priced and he did an excellent job of replacing my countertops, including removing and reinstalling the sink and garbage disposal, in a reasonable period of time. Based on my experience, I would recommend his services.

Brian was quick and very efficient. We are very pleased with the new look in our kitchen with the new counter tops and new sink and faucet. We consider Brian very trustworthy and beyond professional in his work and demeanor. We want to adopt him for our very own. I would have him back again and kept his business card.

Brian Spafford from Under Construction did a wonderful job! He cut off the finished end of of a laminated countertop (to fit a wider washing machine), and then reattached the original finished edge. You can't even tell any work has been done. The job turned out better than I expected. He was patient, exact and cleaned up all the dust, very professional. I will recommend Brian and Servicemagic to my friends.

After eleven years, I suspected my gutters needed to be cleaned. The owner of Under Construction came out to give me an estimate. He climbed on the roof, ckecked all the gutters, came down, and told me my gutters were fine and did not need to be cleaned. He thanked me for having him come out and got in his truck and left. Frankly, he could have very easily sold me an unneeded cleaning. I'm truly impressed with this company. They are on my "A" list for anytime I need something done that falls in their skill set.

Under Construction helped us repair a front door that has not worked for over 10 years. They did a nice job, were timely, reasonable and very courteous. I plan to use them for additional home repair jobs.

Brian was very professional and did a great job with the repair of my fence. He was able to schedule the work very quickly. He showed up when he said he would and his work was veryt high quality. I would definitely recommend Under Construction for any size of project.
