UnderCover Roofing

I accepted the bid from Undercover Roofing under the assumption that I was receiving a 50-year non-prorated transferrable warranty that would be backed by the manufacturer of the shingles. I had concerns who would back the warranty in case Undercover Roofing Corporation became dissolved. Following completion of the roofing I received a two-page email printout from Undercover Roofing that stated what was done during the roofing work but did not state how a claim is to be filed. Further, there is no confirmation in the two-page printout that that the shingle manufacturer will honor any claim. I have asked several times for documentation that the work done by Undercover has been registered with the shingle manufacturer and that the manufacturer will honor any warranty claims in the event that Undercover Roofing Corporation had dissolved. To date, I have not received any confirmation.

What I Liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Your quote was what we paid and you took the time to explain what was needed and why. I have no reservations about recommending you to anyone.

Addam and his crew did an amazing job on my new roof and gutters. I had a lot of initial questions prior to the start of the project and he patiently answered all of my questions. Though I had several quotes, Addam reviewed the scope of works to ensure that I was getting the best overall value during the RFQ process. I eventually selected Aspire Construction for the job and I'm so glad I did. Addam used the highest quality materials, from the shingles down to the gutters and gutter guards. My roof is at least 60 ft high and, despite contacting other contractors to replace the gutters separately, he was the only one willing to take on the job. He also gave me a slight discount for replacing both the roof and gutters. He even proposed an effective solution for the gutters/downspouts to save me money. He got me on schedule right away, explained the process in detail, finished the project within a week, and followed up after to make everything was great.

Worked with our insurance to get our roof covered. They were done and cleaned up in a day and our roof looks great!
