Definitely recommend Under Pressure! Did a fantastic job cleaning my house, driveway and patio. Also cleaned the fence even though it wasn't included! Great service and customer satisfaction, would definitely use them again.

I called Kash from Under Pressure 34711 for an estimate. Kash is very professional and extremely polite. That same day he came out to give me an estimate on the driveway, sidewalks, walkway, lanai and its covering, as well as the gutters and trim around the house. I asked him if he would be willing to use some sort of treatment prior to pressure washing, as all areas were badly stained and dirty from mold. He said he had a hot mix that he could use for pre-treatment, but would need to wet the shrubbery down well, so it would not be damaged. He gave me an estimate at that time, which was very fair and reasonable. I called later that day to hire him, and he arranged the appointment time over the phone. When it was due to rain that day, he called to let me know that it would be better to not do the job on a rainy day because the treatment would work better if it was exposed to sun helping the product to work better. He completed the job today. He worked extremely hard and did an amazing job! I have had pressure washing done before and it was not even 10% as good as the job he did! He used an attachment on his professional strength power washer so he did not damage the concrete. He pre-treated all areas, and scrubbed in the hot mix prior to pressure washing. . My neighbors are all amazed at the incredibly professional cleaning that was done. Everyone wanted his card and was anxious to hire him. Kash is A+++ in my book. I will definitely hire him again! Anyway needed pressure washing should definitely call him for an estimate. You will be very glad you did.
