They appeared to diva good job at a fair price. They arrived on time and were polite. It would have been nice if they would have offered to explain what they encountered when cleaning the gutters; how full were they; did they appear attached well and in good condition. I was given a price quote during initial contact. On day of work the employee in charge on site told me when they were through and turned to leave.I asked if they wanted payment; he returned and said yes and quoted the price I had originally been told. I paid with a check while he waited when he turned to leave I requested a receipt. He said ok, returned to his truck and brought a blank receipt which he filled out. Later that morning I received an e-mail statement charging $20 more than the original quote. I replied to the company and they admitted the increase was a mistake and agreed on the original quote. Overall, we were pleased with the work and would hire this company again.
