They contacted me very quickly, advised when they were nearby, showed up at the agreed time. The guy evaluated the condition of the existing lock and gave me a reasonable alternative of fixing the existing lock with just a few parts. The whole lock was fixed, and rekeyed, in under two hours. Price was completely reasonable. Absolutely terrific service from start to finish; definitely recommend working with this firm.

I hired Antoine to replace the lock in my overhead garage door handle. Because there are so many cylinder variations in a tee handle lock, Antoine had to find the right one. He stayed on the job until he found the right one and had it working perfectly. He did not overcharge me for his extra time. He was very professional and i would recommend him to everyone. I,m glad i called Home Advisor.

Just to give credit where are belong the guy was fast to respond and come to do the job quick, but after he finished and charge me 300$ the key for my truck wasn?t working properly he couldn?t make the key work on my remote start and when I asked him he told me he need to talk to his friend to help him out with it I never hear from him again I tried to contact him couple of time he never respond to resolve the problem then the key stop working at all. I wish I went with Nissan instead of him maybe I could had end up paying a little more but at least I would have keys that works and not wasted 300$ :((((

"It was a pleasure assisting you with your transaction. The customer stated they had a factory remote start from know-brand which it was not. Know-brand with all keys lost wipes out the aftermarket remote start and it will need to be reprogrammed by a remote start person/company. That is not function of a locksmith and I did have someone who could have assisted for fee. All customers have to be honest about certain situations of their vehicles so proper expectations can be delivered. I did explain if it is aftermarket remote start it would not work and as courtesy tried to look at the system while I was when it stopped working. Both keys still work."
