Under Pressure Pressure Washing

We hired Randy to provide gutter cleaning services and power washing. He initially came out and gave us a quote. When he came out he was on time, friendly and informative. We decided to hire Randy. We scheduled the job and confirmed with him the day before the scheduled day. No show / no responses the day of the appointment. Found out on another day that he had a family emergency and was unable to come. We rescheduled for April 13th. Confirmed the day before and were stood up a 2nd time. Again, no contact the day of the appointment giving any reason. It was only when I called him a couple days later that he told me that he was still dealing with a personal family matter and had also lost his phone. I explained that we were trying to be reasonable, and we understand things happen but to not even contact us to let us know he was not coming (TWICE) was not acceptable. He apologized, said he would even knock off $100.00 from his quote and swore he would be at the next appointment. I gave him one last chance and scheduled him a 3rd time for April 20th. Confirmed on the 19th, that he would be coming. We were stood up again with no responses. Three strikes you are out. I feel we were more than reasonable with trying to work with Randy. From other reviews it sounds like he does great work, and we really wanted to give him the business. I was not even interested in taking the $100.00 deduction that he stated he would extend to me but to be stood up 3 times I just find that unacceptable professionally.

This is my fourth gutter cleaning company in the last 3 years. No need to look any further!!! Randy is the only one that did it RIGHT. Power washed the gutters out AND did the downspouts which many previous companies said they would but NEVER did. (I reviewed all of their work on my security cams). He was also the most fairly priced. You can waste your time going through a few companies or just learn from my mistake and hire Randy, can thank me later. Came out fast, did his job correctly, cleaned up after, and charged extremely fairly. Needs to be more "Randy." Will definitely continue using him for routine gutter cleaning. For the rest of you gutter companies, learn from Randy, and quit wondering why YOU don't get repeat business.

Showed up on time and fixed a bad job by a prior contractor as we were getting the house ready for sale. Under Pressure was able to remove all the streaking that was left behind and the driveway and everything looked great.

Very friendly and kind. Went way beyond original plan and provided extra effort to clean a long neglected huge driveway and debris. Got rid of a yellow jacket nest I did not even know was at the front door. They will be back next week to wash two garage floors and detail my car.
