We specialize in residential ad commercial interior construction such as Kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tiling, Carpentery, plaster and painting. This makes us the all-in-one company when it comes to your interior renovations. We work hand in hand with our subcontractors to provide professional plumbing and electrical services, as well as architectural and interior designing needs. Alex removed counter tops in my kitchen and built a support for new counter tops. He has a very professional, friendly manner. He was very patient with my questions and showed concern for the project. He gave me detailed instructions about new counter top installation. Work, was done on time and left clean. Alex worked wonders with pre-made cabinets that didn't fit my space. He added spacers that you can't see, cut down cabinets that were too large, and customized doors. Very attentive to detail and very creative. He and his guys were also so nice and patient with last minute changes.

I have a custom solid-wood European wardrobe closet that was made in the 1980s. Two of the doors needed reattaching and the special hinges are no longer made. I have been seeking a handyman or carpenter for years who could fix it. Alexander was not only able to quickly figure out a solution, but also the resulting door connection is even better than the original. Because it was a unique solution for a unique problem, it took longer than he estimated. Nonetheless, he stood by his estimate and did not charge me extra.

I cannot say enough! Working with this company has restored my faith in hired workers! Alexander (and his assistant) are top notch in professionalism, follow-through, and work ethic. Their work was neat, thorough and commendable. He did repair of our basement due to water damage. He loves carpentry and had a chance to do some. We very highly recommend "Underconstruction AKS Inc." and I will be telling everyone about them. My husband and I were so pleased, we tipped them - unheard of, if you know my husband.

Great experience start to finish. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our home, professional, punctual and an overall pro. We had an older style kitchen and he helped us remodel to make it a "Park Ave" kitchen as he described it. All work was done right the first time around and he didn't shortchange me on the hours or the work. Can't express anymore, A+ work ethic and A+ work product.
