Underdog differentiated itself from their competition by their attention to detail. The replacement went very well. They arrived on time, the crew worked like synchronized swimmers all day, and by the time they left at sundown, I had a new roof and a noticeably clean yard. I scoured my yard a few times to find a single handful of debris. Amazing! The workers respected my property and plants and were polite whenever I interacted with them. Later, another representative came out to inspect the quality of their work to ensure it met their professional standards. Within the week, I noticed a couple concerns relating to my gutter guards. They immediately responded and fixed the issues, going far above and beyond what I expected. In my experience, Underdog Roofing actually practices a solid customer-first strategy.
