A major shift in our family, post-COVID, in 2021, resulted in the need for more living space in our home. He evaluated the large wasted attic space for repurposing since we weren't allowed by the City to add it to the house footprint. He built a 2nd living room, still leaving a small attic space for storage. They also completely transformed the main bathroom having outdated (1994) jet tub, shower, and lack of storage, into every square foot, purposeful (and beautiful). To date, they redid our small bathroom fiberglass tub/shower into a tiled shower enclosure with a low entry for easy entry. His knowledge and skills of his crew amaze us every time, always exceeding our expectations.
