Underhill Handyman Services

We used Underhill Handyman Services in November 2020 to repair woodpecker damage and some masonry work. His work was highly competent at a reasonable price.

Underhill Handyman Services were chosen to do some repairs to some floor support beams that I had some concerns with when I bought my house. During the estimate, Chirs , and Dustin were on time to see what needed to be done. They were very knowledgeable and polite. During their walkthrough they found one more area of concern that the home inspector missed. Their quote was (I believe) fair, and honest. A date was scheduled for the work, and again... they were on time. They came in and went over the job again, and got the supplies for it. When they got back... they hit the ground with their feet running. After the job was finished (ahead of schedule) they cleaned up after themselves and walked me through what was done, and why they did it. True professionals. If you have something to be done around your house... call them. You won't regret it.

Chris did a great job. Hired him on a Wednesday, was at the house on Thursday and completed the job Saturday. Fast, efficient, reliable. Will be using him for future jobs.

The work I had done by Underhill Handyman was excellent. He not only responded to me promptly, but he managed to get me into his schedule to do the work right away. He is very skilled and competent as a contractor; even as early as when he was reviewing/assessing the work, I had every confidence that he totally knew what he was doing, and I was going to hire him. He kept me informed of the project status, and even texted me multiple pictures as the work was progressing. My review of him is that he is outstanding.

Chris and crew did an outstanding job framing a large (18x18) deck off the rear of my home. The town inspector was very impressed with the build quality and attention to detail........as i was. "this deck will probably outlast the house" -- direct quote from the Code Inspector. Recommend to anyone looking for a friendly professional that gets the job done right the first time!

Chris and Bruce were extremely professional and went out of their way to give us the sunroom update we wanted in budget. They also did an excellent job of completing the project in a timely manner without comprising the quality. I would definitely recommend their services.

Chris called me back same day. Excellent communication with me. Closed up my roof soffits that were separating, also painted and caulked the areas for a complete seal. excellent job will be calling him again in the future

I called Chris in the evening and much to my surprise he answered the phone. We scheduled a visit for the very next day to examine the need. The following day he and his partner Evan arrived on time and resolved the issues in an expeditious and courteous manner. From here on Underhill Handyman Services will be our go-to professionals of choice with all things handyman!

Chris is a really nice guy and hard worker. He's trustworthy and you'll feel safe having him around the house. We did. However, work was only average. He built a closet for us (where there wasn't one before). Mudding the drywall is where he had a difficult time. I spent a lot of time re-mudding and re-sanding.

Chris came on time, worked hard, spent less time then expected by him or me and was able to finish the job at a cost less than the original estimate.

Was quick in response, provided multiple options that enabled us to select an option within our budget, and provided advice to us in selecting options. Work was done quickly and with plenty of pictures to allow us to review. Unable to make complete review, as we are not physically there, but all indications are it was excellent work and to spec. Highly recommend for use.

Chris and Dan did a fantastic job! The place I purchased was very dark and I choose a light shade of colors. The place looks great and even though they had a small obstacle on the popcorn ceiling coming down *due to dampness) They took it in stride and scraped it down and painted. Finished in approximately 2 days on time and on budget. Can't wait to show off my new place :) Would recommend with out hesitation. Great service.

Knowledgeable and good communications. I told them what I wanted and that is what they gave me. They picked up all the new material at Home Depot, took all the old wood away and returned the unused materai to Home Depot.

Chris was very easy to deal with. Fence repair was done well, and quickly. Price was reasonable. Recommend without reservation.
