Doors and walls

The wall was simple to retain soil and divert water runoff. Joseph designed and installed the 14 foot wall with proper back bracing over six years ago. we are now expanding our carport to account for 7 bays and a turn around and he's our Man

Joe and his team did a great job on my fence and stamped concrete patio. They also tiled 3 bathrooms for me and I was charged $19K. The workers were polite and answered all my questions as the work was being done. I consider their work to be top notch and were on time and on budget!

Job was done much quicker than anticipated for a 120' retaining wall. Joe was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. He was also able to complete some minor wood repair and painting that was added in the middle of the project. Job site was left clean. Definitely recommend!!

We hired Joe and his company to repair some work that another company had left unfinished. We were so happy with his work that we hired them to replace and enlarge our deck. Very honest and dependable which is a must in today's world and especially in the construction industry. We will continue to use Under The Sun for other projects.

We signed a contract for $190k remodel. They did not complete the project. There were many issues with under the sun and Joseph. Beginning with outright lies, not ordering things Joseph said they did, performing services that requires a permit that they never applied for and his numbers of his sub contractors approaching or coming to my house for payment even though he was paid fully by me. The work was extremely substandard. An example is they poured a 23â x 28â cement driveway extension that now needs to be fully torn up and replaced. This project with Joseph was flawed from the beginning. Joseph takes no responsibility and blames everyone but himself. A lot of the items in the contract were not completed and due to him not paying his subs, our project experienced multiple delays. Again, he blames everyone but himself. Steer clear of Joseph and his company. All he cares about is taking your money and making excuses.

We did not like the look of plain concrete on our personal patio space in our senior community. After finalizing approval from the homeowners association, everything proceeded as planned except for a few weather delays. Once the timing and weather cooperated our work was done quickly and professionally. Joseph and Stephen gave our little project attention to detail and we are thrilled with the outcome! It looks beautiful and totally professional. Am sure some more neighbors will want to do the same to their patios too.

Joseph and his crew are awesome!! They initially installed our steps two years ago, but then we had some issues and two years later he came back to fix them!! We highly recommend Joseph and his company!

Great job with tile installation on shower floor. Also, great job on various handyman tasks around our home. Honest and reliable owner and crew at a fair price, will use Under The Sun again.

They carefully applied the cement to sidewalk without damaging our landscape ie: No jackhammers or forklift.

Joseph and his crew did an amazing job on the extension of our back patio area! Despite the weather not cooperating, the work was done quickly and professionally, and when there were delays (which were all due to rain), Joseph was always quick to reach out to us to let us know and schedule a follow-up date to continue the work. Joseph was always on top of communications surrounding the project, and was very patient with us as we suggested changes during the project. Overall we could not be happier with our new patio and fire pit, and are already talking about other projects we would like to use Joseph and Under the Sun construction for.

Joe is a very honest and trustworthy person. He is a true professional and his team is the best. Great communicator and follows up with you. I have had several issues in the past with contractors but Joe, at Under the Sun Construction, has change my views. He is my go to general contractor for anything. Great experience!!

Very courteous efficient company
