Joseph did a great job checking out system and explaining why the parts needed replacing! Did it timely and professional. After finishing we could tell it cooled a whole lot better! He even called and checked on it a few days later! I highly recommend Underwood Heat and air for any HVAC needs!

July 3 at about 8:30 he showed up it was late and it was hot he came right over got us back up in running in 30 minutes or less we called everywhere before we got him and everyone said it’s after hours and tomorrow is a holiday so holiday or not after and all he came and mind u was very reliable price wise if u need HVAC work call Joseph

Needed a service call asap , for my elderly parents home, and my son recommended Underwood HVAC. Made a call and with 2 hours they showed up. Issue was assessed and luckily it was not the A/C unit, it was an oddity from when previous company installed system. Problem was repaired and A/C is back to working the way it should. Didn’t take photos of after….oooooppppsss
