Water Heater Installation and Replacement
They came out to my home. I told them i needed a gas water heater install asap. When they arrived on time with the water heater. They found i needed a electric water heater. It was no problem for them, They had the correct one delivered in a half hour. And had it installed and running in a hour. Very happy.......

"TIMELINESS, big word customers don't "understand" when you go to a appointment before them. And you run into a problem with there work. Sometimes it takes longer to complete there work the right way. We "DO" call all our customers, and let them know we will be late coming to there job. But, they think we don't keep a schedule appointment. (should we leave the job and not finish the work we started)"

Have never dealt with them, I was very skeptic of the service I would get. The project was to fix a Gas line problem in a foreclosed property I purchased. Intially the challenge was to find the gas line behind a wall. Since there is no proper seller who I can go to ask any questions, they did a very good job finding it and extending it out of the wall.. I had other contractors giving me exorbitant prices for the same job. They made 3 trips , took their time and did a good job for a fair price. Customer service is great and for all would-be investors , be very careful dealing with contractors from craigslist.

Billy and Babette are very courteous, professional and honest. Billy ( the owner) came and assessed the situation. He tried a cheaper route and said if thiis works great however, your pipe eventually will have to be replaced and he left an estimate. The cheaper route did not work and I called him in the morning he had 2 nice guys come out and they both worked very hard and changed the pipes. He stuck to the estimated price never jacked up the price and did not charge travel time. My husband compensated the guys. I called again this morning I saw water and they came and put more glue on the pipe to seal. I would definately reccommend them.

"The glue Andrea K. is talking about, is not glue it was a paste that you put on threads. We did this to her trap under her kitchen sink, this was something we didn't work on originally. But, we still came out and fixed it for her at no cost....."
