Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater - Repair
They showed up on time and did the service work needed in a few hours. I mistakenly rated American Heritage for the same job. Unico actually was the one we hired.

Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Service
They came out that same afternoon. Problem was diagnosed right away and the technician went out to obtain the part and installed it. Very friendly service, both on the phone and the technician. Explained the issue and the options thoroughly. Quite happy with the service.
