Unified Moving Services, LLC

So so boxes not place in right spots.

The movers they sent were not experienced!! The â  team leadâ  was rude and unprofessional. They took my childrenâ  s furniture apart and could not reassemble when we got to the new house. It took them more then 12 hours to complete the move. They took several breaks which I was charged for. I had to pay someone else to reassemble my kids beds. The customer service was horrible! I informed the manager of the issues with no resolution. I will NEVER use them again and strongly urge you not too either.

Very good job except fo some minor scheduling mishaps.

Professional, friendly customer service. On time, used care and most accommodating to make us happy.

The crew was outstanding.

they were on time, moved fast and were very friendly

Hired them to move me to Richmond . Showed on time and had the entire move done in one day.

I hired Unified Moving Services, LLC for a local move, they moved 3 pieces for me and a piece was damaged during the move, I put in a claim with the moving company over a month ago, I called yesterday and they told they would get back to me and has not

Did an amazing job moving us from our apartment to our new house.

They were easy to book, they were on time, and the detail they put to pack certain items, and all the request my wife had were completed graciously.

All 3 movers did a really good job. Would use them again.

David and Victor did an excellent job moving my Mom's apartment.

The movers went above and beyond. Made the day go as smoothly as possible.

Great Job . Fast and efficient .

The workers were polite and very efficient.

Did a fantastic job moving my mom. Were pleasant and informative with any questions we had throughout the entire day .

UMS were great. Although a late start (due to weather) they definitely made up the difference and had everything packed at old house and unpacked at new house in the minimum amount of time. saved big bucks. There were only 2 gentlemen, but they worked hard and efficiently together that I don't have any complaints. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who wants a move. I only used them locally, but I would definitely use them locally if you need a quick move and want experienced folks to handle the move.

Every piece of my furniture was damaged and you need to do a survey before you inspect everything what a shame

The movers did a great Job .

Helped move my Family to our new home . Did a fantastic job moving some particularly heavy items.

Excellent Job from beginning to end. Would Highly recommend

Very professional, and easy to deal with would highly recommend them for any of your moving operations
